2024 Tucson Hybrid

Every time I take the Tuscon hybrid in for oil change service (twice) they "over fill" the crank case with oil. This has also happened with my 2019 Santa Fe while it was under warrantee. This has resulted in having to go back in for correction every time. I have mentioned to the Key Hyundai manager several times that the "bulk oil fill counter" should be re-calibrated, but it continues. I have since taken my Santa Fe to other service establishments with no problem of overfill noted. Other that the over fill issue, the people at service are very nice and accommodating.

I love this car!

I love most everything about this car except I wish it was available in more colors. Looking for red or turquoise blue. The deep sea blue is so dark it almost looks black.

Flawed Vehicle

Not integrated wirelessly with Carplay, roof rack accessories result in a noisy, whistly ride over 30 mph, camera accuracy varies, will self-lock if battery level gets too low, resulting in a complicated break-in process and resetting of the battery (key fob will not work if battery goes on save mode), not seeing much MPG difference with the hybrid

Overall, it’s a good vehicle. Although, I am a bit disappointed in the mpg, considering it’s a hybrid. My former Toyota Highlander hybrid got better miles per gallon.

Good Quality

I feel confident driving this car. But I don't like that the battery shuts down after 3 days and I have to open manually. I have to start it on Day 3 or it won't open. Then I have to use the battery reset button to the left of the steering wheel.

Overall good. navigation is mediocre. map is poor.

Infotainment system takes some getting used to. Do NOT like the push button transmission shifting. The reverse "alarm" noise is disturbing and way too loud.

In the 13 years I owned my Kia Sportage it provided excellent performance. My Tucson is on track to do the same….at only 3000 miles! I have high expectations for this car.
