Great value for the price and pleasureable car to drive.

I am very happy with the purchase of this vehicle. The options that are available to customize the driving experience are great. My only complaint is the Smart Drive and Auto Hi-Beam cannot be defaults.

Too complicated!

Enjoying the car. It is very difficult to find out how to set up the many systems. There needs to be a user friendly document giving instructions for how to set up navigation, radio, media, instrument panel etc. Need an easy reference guide. Very frustrating!

I like everything about my new Tucson Hybrid. Acceleration is quiet and smooth, steering is tight, and braking is efficient. The feature-rich technology is fabulous. I've gotten lots of compliments on the styling.

Great car

Easy to drive, fun car with good gas mileage. There are alot of options and the heated steering wheel is wonderful. The app makes starting your car east o warm it up. Cooking seat is great in hot days.

Happy with all the features that I wasn’t expecting to find on this vehicle. Super cool. Can’t be without the rear camera feature for sure. A big plus is the gas price we’re paying now is far less than our previous vehicle. Ty

Great Car, excellent gas mileage

I was skeptical that I would like a hybrid suv, but it’s quick and has great gas mileage. Overall there are a few things I don’t like with the design and the console user interface , but they are really minor.

Like my car. It could use some changes

Mileage is good. Handles nicely. Shortcomings are: 1) sideview mirrors should retract on parking ( like Lexus) 2) garage door button should be able to work on car is off ( like Lexus) 3) should be able to click rear door button on fob to close rear hatch h( like Lexus)

Over 1 year ownership, so far so good.

I have the Tucson Hybrid Limited and it is a great value for the money. I've had many trouble free Sonatas over 25 years. Recently had a hip replacement and decided to get a Tucson for ease of entry and exit. Very surprised by the ride comfort, acceleration and fuel economy so far. Very roomy not only for people but also for storage in the back. I would highly recommend the Tucson Hybrid Limited.

I really like the sleek look of the Hyundai Tucson

I have had my Tucson for 20 months. I have not had any issues and really enjoy driving it. I love the snow mode during the winter when to roads are bad. I have confidence it will keep me on the road.

Unhappy with acceleration. Vehicle strains uphill and definitely not a smooth transition with changing gears. Overall, disappointing. Also disappointed with mileage per gallon. Expected more from a hybrid

Some great features

I enjoy driving this car. It handles well. The auto hold is a nice feature to have when I am sitting at one of the many railroad crossings in our area. I did not think I would use the remote lock but it is a very nice extra to have.

A very good crossover

Traded in Nissan Rouge for Tucson Hybrid N Line. The latter is way much better - ride is smooth and comfortable, great acceleration, interior feels luxurious, with great fit and finish. Highly recommend

The SUV I wanted, and now Love

I started my desire for this car simply based on the front and back design elements... The lighting design was amazing and unique, just in the right way... Then I drove it as a rental... that sold me on the car. Then I test drove a 'new one' and a color combination I wanted was available. I said yes... Now loving the car driving it down the road. quiet, full features, panoramic roof, etc... Can't say enough how much I like this car

Terrible fuel economy

This car averages 30 MPG if I’m lucky vs. an advertised 38/37. It’s impossible to get service on it. The drive itself is so-so unless you change modes to sport but then it gets even worse mileage. Honestly, I feel deeply mislead about this car and when I’ve sought help from local dealerships or Hyundai Warranty, there are month-long waits in my area.

Good mileage and comfort

Generally good car but really disappointed with the infotainment system. Having to connect via cable every time to get to Apple car play is a huge negative. I would have chosen a different car had i known its that important to me. Hyundai knows it’s an issue but doesn’t take any action.
