Could be better

Very nice car but for the price, no power seat on the passenger side, trunk rattling noise, rattling seat belt thus the quick fix damper that doesn’t help unless it is next facing the side, $30 annual subscription for Blue Link to have gps voice control, really?..to name a few

Exhilarating quickness and ample space

This vehicle can hit all the gaps with ease, or drive in a chill fashion in comfort. Plenty of space for my dogs and sporting equipment, too. Its only drawback is the user interface and navigation capabilities.

Good car, not great

I’m enjoying my car — quick to charge on the road, comfortable to drive, etc. A couple of conveniences are missing and I know they are included in more recent models—buttons for seat warmers, a rear windshield wiper come to mind. I’ve also been a bit disappointed in the number of recalls and the fact that my 12 volt battery died on me after just 2 years. The plastic panel on the back of the drivers seat has separated and the door trim on that rear passenger door came out as well. Easy to put back in, but shouldn’t have happened. Finally, I’d really love a longer range. Something in the 350+ range would make my life a whole lot easier!

Terrible investment, terrible company

My car had a a/c malfunction, the dealership misdiagnosed my issue. The car flooded, MY CAR GREW MOLD EVERYWHERE!!!!! It was so bad it was in my interior lights! I had no a/c for 2 weeks. The dealership stated they would notify me when the part was in. Unfortunately, the dealership failed to contact me to schedule for the repair. I contact corporate. The case manager advised me if I felt the previous dealership gave me the wrong diagnosis that I need to take it to another dealership. The follow up call the next week she then stated nothing will be done for the car current issues. However, she had forgotten that she told me to take it to another dealership to be diagnosed. Everything was so mixed up. Nothing was clear. They were in communication with the new dealership and the previous diagnosis was in fact wrong. The case manager told that dealership that Hyundai would do nothing for the current state of the car. Which was still moldy and smelled terrible. We live in Florida, humidity is a thing especially, when your a/c floods inside your car. Needless to say, I had no car for almost 3 months and borrowed vehicles to take my kids to school and go to work. I finally received my car back and I traded in. I ate 20,000 in negative equity!!!!! Two weeks later, I received a buy back. Talk about frustrating!!!!

Best car I’ve ever had.

This vehicle makes me feel like I’m driving into the future, every time I get in it. It’s beautiful, powerful, stylish and reliable. However, since it is fully electric, the lack of public charge stations is a MAJOR drawback. For this reason, I have a home charging port by ChargePoint and am very happy with it. This should have been discussed when I bought the car, but the Dealer knew nothing about it. I had to figure all of that out on my own, and it was not good. I definitely felt sent to the wolves, since these cars are not compatible with Tesla Charging Stations. The car should have come with an Adaptor, as well as a ChargePoint Home Charging Port. I just saw now that those elements are part of the sale, at a Dealership in Kentucky. Also, I read that Hyundai is offering a free Adapter for Tesla stations, which is important, and I would like mine please.

good car with a few foibles

The beeping sensors are too loud, and often go off unprovoked. Can't turn off the traffic speed warning. Back windshield annoying to clean. Pre heating battery confusing, too many features make learning too complicated and don't use them anyway. Carpeting on the back seat of back compartment peeled off and dealer first said the company should fix because it was a common complaint, and then told it was my responsibility, still isn't fix, I guess I should get out super glue, but major annoyance. 12 volt battery died at 16,000 miles

Solid early EV option

good ride comfort and quality, smooth and powerful, if a bit heavy. There are so many obvious missing features, tho, such as 'dog mode', and other flexible use modes that are so easily implemented in an EV. Bluelink needs a lot of help. it's not a total disaster, but nearly so, and there is no chance I would pay anywhere near what they are asking for it.
