Service Recommendations Not Needed
Had a service recommendation to replace wipers. My wipers are brand new and didn’t need replacement. Makes me wonder now if other services that have been recommended in past were really needed. Also the people working at service desk don’t feel helpful any more. I don’t like bringing my truck in here anymore.

Not my Favorite Experience
This was my third time looking to purchase a vehicle here. We came in to look at a used 2015 Rav4. After going through everything, looking at the vehicle discussing and negotiating price - we weren't completely sold. We were offered the ability to put a $500 deposit on the vehicle and look at it after they finished detailing and repairing some body damage. After all the time spent, we just wanted to pay them $500 and leave; but we were directed to the Finance Department where we had to spend another 1.5 hours filling out all of the actual purchase documents. I was fairly irate that this was happening and even said "I just wanted to reserve the vehicle with a deposit and have first right of refusal why are we filling all this paperwork out?" I should have said no, we weren't filling the paper work out, but I was too mentally exhausted and had my family with me to do more at that point. On top of that, the sales person had several pending questions I had asked and he said he would get back to us - never did. Cared about his sale only. It's a real shame, because we went back to McCord's because of our prior experiences being so good, but this one has left a real sour taste in my mouth.

Esther made the process to trade in my current vehicle effortless! So fast and easy. I really appreciate that. Their offer and the price of the vehicle I wanted was better than any of the dealers in Portland. Highly recommend.

Jack was awesome! He showed us several vehicles so we were sure we made the right choice.

He explained all the steps of the process and handled everything for us. Made sure the truck was field and freshly detailed.

After left a review to indicate I did not get the car wash, I got a call back from the dealer explaining the miscommunication and understanding. I was told to go back and get the car wash. I am very happy for the call and service provided.

Service Dept: Excellent Dashcam Installation
Thank you for installing the Garmin Dashcam Mini 3 in my 2024 Corolla Cross Hybrid. Ruben in Accessories assisted in acquiring the Mini 3, and the total price met the quoted estimate. I also appreciate having the car vacuumed prior to delivery back to me.

My only criticism is the Parts Department: Why did it take almost 10 weeks for the dashcam to arrive?

I dropped off early and noticed an hour past my appointment time vehicle Service had just started.
This dealership continues to be overbooked and has trouble getting vehicles in and out in a reasonable time frame for basic services.
