The way all dealerships should operate.
Salesman was no pressure, very personal, didn't try to sell me anything other than what I came for. Allowed test drive by myself. Presented my offer, came back w a counter, and flexed a bit off on their fees to make the deal. Pretty no nonsense. Had the vehicle detailed and ran through the shop, aligned truck and ready for pick up in 48 hours. 2nd car I've bought at Vancouver Toyota. Will definitely return if I outlive my current Toyotas!!

Very happy with Vancouver Toyota
Bobby was awesome to deal with. He listened closely to our questions and any concerns we had. We never had any feelings that anything was being hidden from us or that we were being played with, with regards to purchasing our Venza. I will definitely be sending people their way.

The best car buying experience I've ever had
Bobby was extremely polite, helpful, and not pushy in any way. I test drove two different vehicles. After making a decision on which one I wanted to drive home he and I worked through some numbers and then finalized the deal with Mark. Both men listened to my wants and needs throughout the process. Very pleasant experience and I will purchase my next vehicle at Vancouver Toyota

Found the used Toyota 4runner I was looking for at Vancouver Toyota.
Drove 4 hours to Vancouver in the pouring rain, hoping for an experience unlike that at Toyota of Bellingham. Found the salesman to be professional; no psych-salesman questions or game playing or high-pressure vibes. The 4runner was exactly what I was looking for and they made my Rav4 trade-in seamless. Toyota Vancouver is a great place to buy a car from!
Bought a used car 2017 Buick Enclave and our salesman Bobby was so kind and made buying a car from them a great experience! The car looked like a new car when we picked it up, which was impressive. They put 4 new tires on it and the detailing inside and outside was excellent. It had a few paint chips a some scratches and I wanted it fixed and Bobby said if I would come back, we live in Salem,
he would fill our gas tank. He wanted us to be happy with our car and we love it!

Bobby Treated Me Like a Human, Not a Stupid Woman
Even though I proved to have absolutely no clue, including not knowing how to spell Toyota when it was plastered all over the building- Bobby was kind, forth coming, and direct with the process. He made it simple and understandable, making sure I got the most for my money. I’ll be back to see him for my next vehicle for sure!
