Purchased a new Grand Highlander
We worked with Luda from start to finish in our effort to secure and purchase a new Grand Highlander Hybrid Max Platinum. Luda was diligent throughout the process and close of the sale. Dealing with the finance manage was also a smooth process. Other than the 3 month wait for the vehicle which was not a big issue to us, the transaction was about a smooth as it could be.

Kudos to the Vancouver Toyota team.

The service was quick and thorough.
Was given options to consider but the technician was not pushy.

I did schedule a shuttle but the staff did not seem aware and no shuttle showed up. Also it would be nice to have a clearly marked location for pickup.

Awesome experience.
I brought my truck in for a service and two recalls. When I dropped it off at 9am, I was told that my truck would be in the shop until 4pm. I was given the option for a free ride, rental car or I could wait in the very nice waiting area. I decided to wait and I'm glad I did. My truck was finished 3 hours earlier than promised. Thats awesome.

Didn’t complete the job
Went in for an oil change, or I thought. However a day later my oil change light came on. So did they forget to reset it or did they not do the oil change???
So frustrating that I HAVE to make another trip because someone didn’t complete their job.

All the boxes were checked!
I must admit, I was ready to cut ties with McCords and make this my last visit due to terrible past service. THIS time, all the boxes were checked: Speedy initial check-in in the driveway, check. "We'll be right with you, folks" was told during my wait at the line to see a Service Advisor, check. Flawless intake process at the counter with a super friendly Service Advisor (Sergey), check. NO pressure to buy additional services during my wait, check. Finished with the service 30 minutes earlier than estimated, check. I hope this trend continues. I will be back.
