Amber was great as usual
Always a pleasure working with Amber. She is willing to do the busy work (correspondence of texts and emails back and forth) before the visit/appraisal and that is invaluable to me as a consumer.

I have yet to find the same experience with the Service Department.

Great experience
Great experience with Amber. She didn't play any stupid games and didn't waist any time. This is our third highlander and when we said we didn't want to do a test drive she wasn't trying to force us to get in the car. I was there for service on my truck and my wife was coming after me and Amber asked great questions about what kind of vehicle my wife wants before she was even there. Amber already had a vehicle ready to show as soon as my arrived. It was exactly what my wife wanted and it was great having the vehicle there before my wife arrived. She was very professional. We will definitely use her again.

brought my car in for a window problem
When I brought my car in, the technician checked all of the windows and confirmed all of them were working correctly. He suspected some ice had been preventing the window from going back up.

Pool paint quality and engine checking alarm of the brand new vehicle
Pool paint quality of several area, discolor paint on engine hood, seems bubble of paint on both side bumpers, undercoat of paint close to taillight. Engine checking alarm at 21 miles. I can’t believe this is a brand new vehicle.

RAV4 Purchase
The purchase of our RAV4 went great. Flawless experience and plan to come to this dealership in the future because of it!! Love how there is zero pressure to sell anything extra to us like every other dealerships out there that I’ve been to. Amber was very patient, personable, and low-pressure. She was very conscious of any wait time there was and apologized even when we were okay with it considering how busy things were. It was still very nice to see that she was very conscious of my time. Nathan was also very pleasant to work with!! Marcie was also awesome as well, and got us the car I wanted, and I love the new car we got!! Thank you, Marcie, for getting us the car!!

Great Sales Experience
Amber our salesperson is very professional, and very personable. She made the buying experience dare I say enjoyable. She is very knowledgeable about Toyotas and owns one herself. She found us our 2023 Prius we were looking for. Our first Toyota. I would definitely buy another vehicle from her again and I will recommend her to family and friend. Mr Music was our finance guy and he made the rest of our buying experience again enjoyable. These two were awesome and answered all of our questions.

It was easy
A pretty painless experience since most of it was done online or over the phone. Felt we were dealt with fairly. Only dealt with the sales person to finalize the deal, so she was more of a facilitator.
