Started online shopping for a new car for my elderly Mom, a found color and options wanted. Made an appointment so i could do the leg work ahead of time and talk trade in / car pricing upfront. Nice option to do the leg work ahead of time for elderly Mom ; less stress, less walking.

Amazing!! Amber, Marcie, and Nathan, thank you for great experience!!

Flawless experience and plan to come to this dealership in the future because of it!! Love how there is zero pressure to sell anything extra to us like every other dealerships out there that I’ve been to. Amber was very patient, personable, and low-pressure. She was very conscious of any wait time there was and apologized even when we were okay with it considering how busy things were. It was still very nice to see that she was very conscious of my time. Nathan was also very pleasant to work with!! Marcie was also awesome as well, and got us the car I wanted, and I love the new car we got!! Thank you, Marcie, for getting us the car!!

I have purchased the last 3 cars from her and she always does what she says she will do (no surprises)
Very easy to work with she is just a very pleasent person. As I had to order the 4runner Marcie kept me posted as to the status of the order very smooth process. Thanks to everyone at vancouver toyota my daughter will be purchesing a new car soon and we will be returning To Vancouver for that.
