Was very pleased with the service I received from Carmine’s

From the moment I walked in, Stuart was very helpful, kind and patient with me, explaining what work my car needed. As my husband isn’t driving at the moment, he offered several options in getting my car to and from the shop if I wasn’t able to make arrangements for someone to give me a ride home. The work was done in a timely manner and to my satisfaction, and when I wasn’t able to find someone to take me to pick the car up when it was ready, he said they could drop the car off at our house. When I got home from taking my husband to the doctor, the car was sitting in the driveway ans promised. And it had been cleaned, inside and out, looking much better than it had when I dropped it off. Very satisfied.

Good work troubleshooting and fixing a difficult electrical issue.

Brought in X5 that was unable to maintain battery and would not start without jump. Battery was approximately 1 year old. Could start with jump and short charge on other vehicle's system. Good job troubleshooting bad battery and overcharging alternator that was causing multiple electrical gremlins including blown fuses and many faults.

Outstanding Tesla Model S Service

I had my rear differential oil changed, and my brake calipers cleaned and lubed. They also recommended an air conditioning treatment. I thought it was weird to have done in the cold weather but after they explained it to me and how it affects range and also my interior windows fogging along with system longevity it made perfect sense. The car had a fresh double mint gum type smell after the a/c service which I enjoyed.

Found Carmine's in 2020 when my Carmax service guy suggested I go there when I moved to Kernersville. Best advice I ever acted on. Carmine's lives up to its fantastic reputation of good honest work for the basic cost necessary to continue that high standard. Carmine's has never dissappointed since I found them in 2020. They do all my Rogue servicing. As a female septuagenarian who is doing her best to remain self sufficient and active and moving and traveling, the safety provided me while driving my Rogue is super important.
