We really turned sour to the Huyandai because of our local dealer

The car was delivered filthy. The blue link doesn't work and no one can make it work, on a new car. The dealer did an oil change, and cracked the oil filter. We almost lost the motor. We've had 5 Hyundai's in the past. We will never own one again.

Great car!

Had to replace a worn out part (steering wheel piece). Some problems getting CarPlay connected sometimes. I trust the car. low noise levels. I've put 35k miles on it. So good so far...

Horrible follow up

I’ve been asking for almost 2 years for them to fix my digital key. They do call but then say they have to check on some things and they will be back in touch in 7 to 10 days. It is generally 2 to 3 months before they follow up. Although since February to now (middle May) they have called 3 times but always with engineering will have to look into this. Engineering evidently has no idea what they are doing,

Nice vehicle

So far we have only had a few issues. When we first received the SUV, we had issues with the radio/satellite. The fuse was going on several times. Had to go to the dealership several times, and finally fixed. We did receive a gift card, and had a very short date. It expired, and Hyundai would not reinstate the $200 for our inconveience.

Same as above. Plus wind noise at higher speeds . I recommend the Tucson but only the hybrid (better acceleration) and Limited (360 camera is far superior to backup only camera).

Continued problems with Blue Link

Overall I like the Tucson. However I could not use any of the blue link options for the first six months. It took six months of back and forth with both the local dealership and Hyundai call center to find out that the blue link system was not activated when the car was purchased. And I would rather have remote entry for my garage than Blue Link.

Mechanically Poor

At 8k oil housing replaced, catalytic converter replaced, compressor replaced. At 14k limp mode. Nothing found to repair. Told take a picture if it happens again. Remote start shuts off in only a few minutes on occasion. Can’t seem to be fixed.

The Tuscon has a comfortable ride. The engine lacks luster.

I bought my 2023 Tuscon two years ago. The Tuscon's ride is comfortable. The engine lacks luster. It lags on acceleration. The safety feature braking system malfunctioned causing the car to brake unnecessarily. This happened one time. Other than that, I'm happy with the car. I have a few months left on the lease, but I have not decided whether I will keep it. My concern is whether the engine will start to give me issues as they have for other Tuscon owners with this year and model.

No sound, movement is sluggish.

I don't recommend this vehicle because it doesn't worth it. I had a bad experience with my 2023 hyundai Tucson. Two weeks after I bought the vehicle in September 2022, all the sounds in vehicle stopped working. I took it back to the dealership, they kept lying to me that they have ordered the part and they will call me when it's available. I checked times without a number, nothing. They even threatened to call police to arrest me. Till today, I was just driving the car without a sound. The vehicle itself is sluggish when you press the gas to move, I regret I bought the vehicle. I cannot recommend the vehicle for my enemy not to talk of my friend. All the USB points in the car is not working.
