Too many recalls

I have had at least 7 recalls on this vehicle. I will never by a Hyundai again. I spent way too much time at the dealership waiting for another recall issue to be addressed. Not to mention that this model was a favorite for car thieves to steal.

2014 Tucson Hyunda

Have had no problems with. Holds a lot easy to load and unload. Will probably by another Tucson next time. But wish door pockets were wider to hold full sized purse and that when back seat down it is not flat but on an incline.

2014 Hyundai Tucson

This vehicle is now 7 years old but it only has about 19,000 miles on it. It is our only vehicle and we keep it serviced every 3 to 4 months and do a Winter check for all the hoses, fluid levels and for any possible leaks. We are getting excellent service from our dealer and with that service it is keeping our vehicle in new condition. It still runs smooth and quiet.

Excellent Service, Very understanding techinicans, Always ready to listen to my needs and work on a solution so that we all win in the end. A dependable vehicle good with mileage to gallon of gas my favorite design and color at zero to sixty with quickness taking curves with ease no smoking or squirting seating comfortable and leg room

Best ,Tucson.

Have had since 2016 ,it is a 2014 , great automobile, will keep it forever never any issues , With good maintenance . Plenty of room front and back all the way to tailgate. This is the second vehicle both have been exceptional .

Sturdy perfect sized

I love the having the all wheel drive and a sunroof combination. Great steering/ handling. Very Reliable vehicle. The privacy screen in the trunk is great! The only downside is the gas tank is on the smaller side.

Not reliable

I bought my first Hyundai thinking it would last me forever. I had an issue 3 times with the same sensor. Changed it 3 times in 6 months. Now my car is at 102,000 miles and my engine light comes on, car was running horrible and then started blinking. Well my car is shot, it’s reading on my home computer cam shaft and knock sensor. I had to go get a newer used vehicle as the car can’t be driven. I was driving and the car nearly killed me on a busy highway with the way it drove. I know this year car is on recall for same issue sadly as figured mine isn’t. I call dealer had it towed there. They said I had 120k milage warranty. I really loved this vehicle and it was a limited one. I see there are many complaints on the same car same year. Makes me sad I have to most likely get rid of it after having it 7 years. I lost my faith in this kind of car. Don’t know why dealer won’t put under recall. 4,000 went into the car recently on different occasions. Money put into it thinking it would last a long time. I would like to look into lemon law if I knew how to go about it. I recommended it to several people and they got one, I regret it because I didn’t know it was garbage.

Best car ever.

Easy for me to get in and out. Parking it is very easy. Gas mileage is great. Love Bluetooth and hands free phone. Heated seats are awesome for my back on long trips. When in traffic its easy to see around the car for other vehicles.

Great vehicle

This is my second Hyundai Tucson I had a 2012 and traded up to a 2014.I love how smooth it drives.It has Eco so my gas mileage is awesome.I am tall and the driver seat goes back enough to give me plenty of leg room. The driver seat can set you up pretty tall or let down like your in car. I think that’s neat.

Unreliable cars

I like my Tucson very much so I was devastated when the engine started breaking to bits at less than 60,000 miles on my well-maintained car. This was after I spent $1000 on a new air compressor for the aircon.

This is my 1st SUV and love it! It’s not intimidating to drive and it handles the road great w/ awesome gas mileage! Comfortable interior if you enjoy long drives and very spacious. Best investment!!

Excellent vehicle

I am 75 years old and I have owned quite a few vehicles during my life, both abroad and in USA. I feel it is one of the most, if not the most, dependable car I ever had. When time to change vehicle comes, I will stay with Hyundai, and I will select either a Tucson or a Santa Fe.

Best car ever.

Best car on fuel. Love my hands free phone and heated seats. Drives great and comfortable. Truck has plenty of room for groceries...its easy to lay back seat down when I need to. My dog loves riding in it. Love to have back window blade to clean rain off.

2014 Tuscon

My 2014 Tuscon has been reliable. I wish it had some more "fun" features but I do appreciate how it's gotten me through NE Ohio winters and been pretty worry-free. I have had an overall positive experience with my Tuscon.

So far, OK

We really loved our Santa Fe. When it was time to update, we compared current prices and oped for a Tucson. We are retired and not doing rode trips any more. Just needed a grocery getter. Wish the Tucson got higher mileage.

2017 Hyundai Tucson (new) 2014 Tucson (used)

I love my 2017 Tucson SEL. I leased it, but when it is up in Dec 2020, we plan to buy a new one. My son just purchased a used 2014 Tucson and he loves it as well. Burlington Hyundai service department is awesome.

Problems are no problem

I had 78k miles on my Tucson, when the engine threw a rod ( yikes! ), I thought for sure there was going to be an argument, some kind of denial, something. They took my car in, apologized profusely, gave me a rental car for a week, and replaced my engine with a brand new one, without a peep. They paid for everything, including the rental car. Not a penny out of my pocket. With a company that stands behind their cars so we’ll, I’d be foolish to ever buy anything else. 100% customer satisfaction here ! A+++
