Very satisfied, optimistic it will last 250k + miles

Happy with the mileage per fuel, handling. Only disappointment is that when you're close to the vehicle and approaching it with your key fob, it doesnt automatically open. So if you're in drivers side and go around to passenger's side door, you have to click passenger's side or back 2 doors open again, and when carrying things it's an inconvenience relative to my previous car, a Range Rover Evoque. Or when heading out for the day holding lots of things and approaching the car, same thing when you want to load things into the car you've got to click even when right in front of door.

Dealership Service Departement Cost You a Lemon buyback

You bought this car back from us, because it was a lemon. In all likelihood this problem could have been fixed, but the dealership that was responsible for the repairs were incompetent (like literally incapable of even looking at the vehicle to diag the concern). I would audit their service department because they were just awful!

Poor service

Windows wouldn't go down. Vehicle was taken in several times for service. Never fixed. I ended up getting rid of the vehicle since I couldn't get the windows down. It's sad when you go through a drive thru and can't get the windows down.

2023 Hyundai Tucson is just okay

The vehicle contains too many bells and whistles. Many items I need info on do not appear in the manual. Then I have to call into Hyundai, and the agents do not know every vehicle, requiring them to launch a simulator, ask my a million questions while I'm sitting in the vehicle. For simple things, like turning the control readout back to displaying mph after a service appointment in which the reps left the display showing a graphic of my tires. Apple CarPlay randomly won't launch, often after a quick stop before which I was using CarPlay with no problem. The vehicle handles okay, and the pickup on the highway is sluggish.

Tuscon

Love the car. Only a couple of things I don't like. 1st is you can't completely shut off the fan motor. I hate the start stop feature. Needs to be running all the time instead of a button or shutting off at stops. Needs more power.
