Rides great. Handles great. Very luxiouris interior.

This is a great car and has all he latest technology. Rides nice and handles great. The gas tank could be a little larger. Cannot get more than 390 miles on a tank. Its not that easy to enter the driver's door. This should be redisgned for easier access.

All the amenities at a decent price

It runs well, is reliable, has quite a few good features, & has given us no problems in over 2 years! Looks sleek and stylish, ride is quite comfortable, build is durable, & it has plenty of power when necessary! Would certainly purchase again!

Comfortable with plenty of bells & whistles

Like most things about the car but hate that it automatically connects to Apple. Your texts are not private, but read out loud where the initial Genesis system lets you choose to read it privately and doesn’t show your list of previous texts. Siri doesn’t always understand the commands. Window shields wipers are not spaced well causing it hard for the driver to see during rain.

Best bang for the buck in its class!

Had the '23 GV80 for 20K miles on a 3 yr. lease, after leasing a 2017 G90 and a 2020 G90. Just lease a GV70 to better meet my needs now. Just a nice! Great bangs for the buck!

A beautiful looking, powerful performance, and with a luxurious ride. I am nothing but pleased with my Genesis purchase and in the future, Genesis will be my first repeat purchase (includes Acura and Mercedes).

Overall good

Quiet, comfortable, plenty of power, excellent safety and comfort features, but some are more than I need (e.g. never used the self park). High beams should be stronger, rear doors should be touch unlock.

If we could give it zero stars, we would

One of the worst cars we’ve ever had. Dash goes dark, seats rattle, engine jolts/has a delay when you hit the gas (which is obviously dangerous especially when you’re turning across traffic). A/C is extremely weak. Gas mileage is awful. Service was lackluster and basically accused us of lying when we said the dash went dark (a year before we got a recall notice for it). The only good thing about this car is that it’s pretty. We were so excited to get a Genesis and it’s been such a disappointment. We wish we could turn it in early.

Great SUV, incredible comfort, quality. But there is a BIG issue...

We love this SUV, been one of the best purchases ever. We think it offers the best value and supreme comfort and luxury. However the lack of a local dealer for service is a HUGE issue. we used to have a local dealer in Colorado Springs, but it was closed and now the closest dealer is over 2.5 hours away.
