There is a reason Car and Driver gave it 10 out of 10

Absolute beautiful balance of performance, styling, comfort and convenience in an affordable vehicle. My first non-German vehicle purchase in many years and I am very pleased with the decision to go with the GV80. The matte green finish is beautiful and selecting different driving modes changes the character in a great way. Has to be one if not the most balanced vehicles I've ever driven.

Top of the line, Great Value

Many, many bells and whistles for the price. LOVE the Automatic Cruise Control. I take many road trips. For the size of the vehicle, mileage on the expressway is exceptional. Local mileage is what I expected. Love all the compliments I get about the vehicle's looks.

Luxury and class

With just about every vehicle I see on the road today being a SUV they all looked very nice. However, this one caught my wife’s and my attention. We followed it to get the name. Purchased one about a week later. As beautiful the car’s appearance is, the interior & features had it all for us. The amount of features is incredible. It is going to take us a long while to learn every capability. One minor nice thing for us is we only by AWD. This comes standard now.

GV80 = Super Vehicle

Genesis has done a beautiful job with the styling and quality of their vehicles. It would be wonderful if Genesis had their own dealerships that offer complimentary vehicle washes like a MBZ, Lexus, and BMW dealers do. If you're going to run with the "big boys" you have to step it up Genesis!!

Excellent Decision

I am so happy with my decision to go with the GV80. We seriously looked at comparable vehicles made by Mercedes and BMW and evaluated 20 others through the various ratings groups. The Genesis came out on top and especially so once you factor in the value for the money.

Not worth the money

A lot of tech features are poorly implemented which prevents this from being a true luxury player. The massage is weak, the premium speakers are OK, the cameras don't work as advertised, the smart parking assist rarely works, the driving assists barely actually assist and need a lot of human input. I would not recommend this car.

Best looking SUV on the road

Best looking suv for the money. I constantly have Audi , bmws , and Mercedes customers telling me how good my genesis looks. I think consumers are starting to see that value is as important historical relevance. Genesis is showing the world that good products at a good price equals value . Don’t overpay

Bought new March 2023

The vehicle itself is great. I have enjoyed driving it. Most features work well with some minor drawbacks. Customer service at the Route 1 South Brunswick, NJ dealership is not great but after calling their corporate hot line my issues were addressed. Overall happy with the drive of the car.

Great Automobile

The car is exceptionally well made and fun to drive. The ride is excellent and road noise is minimal. It has so many features it will take us awhile to figure them all out. We highly recommend the Genesis GV80. We will see how it holds up over time, but initial impression is excellent.

Excellent vehicle

Buy one for yourself and see why. The only thing about the vehicle is the navigation system that constantly searches and can’t pick up a good signal all the time. It works sometimes and then it doesn’t. Overall excellent vehicle great safety rating. I would recommend for a small family.

Overall satisfied

Overall, I am satisfied with the vehicle. But there are some connection issues With the navigation and The weather that I would like to be resolved. Also some trunk issues that I would like to be resolved. I get a lot of compliments on my car but I wish it did not use so much gas on my day today travels.

The GV80 is a great vehicle. I fell in love immediately after doing some research and a test drive. The dealership was extemely helpful and very nice. They did a great explaination of all the features and kept me posted on the delivery. I would recommend this car to anyone who wants a SUV.

My 2023 GV80

Through the years I have owned or leased every luxury vehicle there is. This is by far the most enjoyable and best looking car out there. There is however one major issue, you have to wait 4-6 weeks for a service appointment. No other luxury brand has this issue. To add insult to injury, I called a Genesis dealership a few miles from my office and due to the fact I did not purchase the car there they would not give me an appointment. That is unacceptable. (Genesis of the South Shore, Bayshore, NY) Terrible customer service. I am now driving around with a broken horn and can't get it repaired, this is a true safety issue (but I still love the car)

GV80

I love everything about this car. However when you have to wait 4-6 weeks for a service appointment that is not acceptable. There is a dealership right near where I work, although not where I purchased the vehicle and they refused to give me an appointment. That's not good customer service.
