Pros: fuel efficient, great safety features. Cons: horrible service responsiveness, features that don’t work: phone charging station, apple car play, there is no usb-c connection, no wireless connection to use apple carplay

Not please with the body shop. They have had my car for more than 2 months and still not ready due to waiting for parts supposedly. Phone calls are not returned.

2023 GV80

I find that settings are very quirky and not really user friendly. There are almost too many to choose from. Otherwise the ride is comfortable and quiet. I enjoy the massage chair. I think switching different drivers should be by key fob, not on the dash. It takes too much time to switch between drivers and seat settings through the dash, because if Driver 1 gets in after driver 2 has been there, the seats and other settings stay on driver 2 until its switched on the dash. I don’t like that at all. For an expensive luxury car the auto High beam feature should stay set, and not have to put on each time. I’ve had lower models where you set it and forget it.

I like the vehicle, wind noise is an issue for me and no dual fan control in the front for driver and separate for passenger.
