Genesis needs more Dealerships

Poor overall available service. this will be my last Genesis - with the recent closing of two Genesis dealerships with in 20 miles of my home, I now need to travel 45 minutes to the next closest dealership. time to go back to my previous luxury brand, I did enjoy my G80 and now GV80. time to go back. My feedback, you need to fix your service and dealership problems.

My impressions after driving the 2024 GV80 for two years.

First, the GV80 2024 design is my favorite aspect, and I chose a white car with a black interior, which I'm very satisfied with. However, after driving the car for over two years, I've experienced some minor inconvenience with cleaning the black leather seats. This is because the very small holes in the leather don't clean completely, especially since I often have my child in the car. Also, when driving, particularly on the highway, the engine noise is quite loud, making it difficult to have a conversation with the person next to me. Besides the high fuel consumption, I'm generally satisfied with the car. However, the navigation system sometimes fails to provide accurate road directions.

One Satisfied Customer

No complaints about my GV80. A comfortable luxury ride, more bells and whistles than most luxury cars, but at a reasonable price. This is our first Genesis, our previous 5 cars were Hyundais and we were so happy with them, we decided to give Genesis a try ... and so glad we did! Professional service at the dealership and online monthly reports are very much appreciated. Well done!

GV80 Luxurious SUV

GV80 Turbo 6 performs amazing. The ride is smooth & very little cabin noise. I would buy this vehicle again over the Mercedes GLE, Audio A7 & Lexus.
