its a great car except for

I have had this car for about a year and half of a lease. it has everything I wanted. what it lacks is a good navigation system despite the bluelink. it has frequently failed me when driving anywhere where I use it. it changes and it sends you to a place or direction that makes zero sense. its directed me to make u turns in the wrong direction. customer service is awful. the dealership is awful they stop reaching when you ask intelligent questions and want information. but if I was gonna drop more money then i heard from them asap; The engine revs or doesnt and there is zero rhyme or reason why

Great minus 1

Love everything about my Tucson hybrid except the hideous loud backup beeping. My car sounds like a trash truck. Hyundai follow other hybrids with a soothing backup noise.
