The Service Department sucks. No great service available.

Got my car back after oil change and found a puddle of oil on garage floor. Took it back and filter was improperly installed. Filter replaced. Now the service reminder is back on again stating oil change is due again. Service decal on windshield not replaced either.

Solid and reliable

I've been a Genesis driver, but moved to an area where I couldn't get service so switched. While I miss some of the luxury and style of my Genesis, I've found the Hyundai to be reliable and comfortable as our only family car.

Love my Tucson

This is the second Tucson I have owned and I have loved them both. It is a dependable vehicle and I have never had any mechanical problems. It rides comfortably and has a beautiful interior.

Love this vehicle!

Tuscon is very comfortable and easy to drive. Hyundai is a great brand (this is my 4th Hyundai) and the quality, performance and reliability are unmatched. The features and overall styling are fantastic and I would recommend this vehicle to anyone looking for a quality vehicle and a very good price.

Love my new car

This is my first SUV and Hyundai I've ever had. I always drove Nissans and sedans because that's where my step dad worked. I searched a long time for a car to buy. Test drove several different types before I decided and am happy I decided to go with the Hyundai.

Service is horrible

Love the car. The way it drives so smooth. The gas mileage is amazing. It’s very comfortable. I can’t give it 5 stars due to there’s an issue with the air control. If you touch the radio the a/c comes on. The remote climate control does not work properly. These are minor but annoying issues. The service department is horrible. Which is why I give Hyundai a 4. It is very very difficult to gather a service member on a phone call. They are rude, disrespectful and refuse to listen to a customer. Between the sales dept and the service dept there is a lack and I mean a HUGE lack of communication. If you’re going to by a Hyundai - do NOT go to Vernon, CT.
