Multiple Problems in the first year

I had a great experience buying this car and the price seemed fair. But since, I've had to bring it in for an oil leak twice. It makes me nervous to drive it. They told me it was fine the first time they fixed it but the seal didn't hold. Both seat belts in the front won't click in unless you press and press again. I used to be a loyal Toyota customer and have never had any problems feeling unsafe in those other cars.

Nearly Perfect Blend of Style, Comfort, and Technology

Hyundai hit a home run with our Tucson Limited Hybrid. Attractive and modern styling on the inside and outside, we really enjoy every time we get into the vehicle and every time we drive it. The Tucson Hybrid achieves an excellent compromise of excellent fuel economy coupled with decent performance. A quiet interior coupled with comfortable seating makes for a pleasurable drive under any road conditions. Safety technology is top notch as is the infotainment technology, save for the disappointing lack of wireless CarPlay and the inability to save exterior mirror positions with the driver profiles. With the addition of those two features, our Tucson Hybrid would be absolutely perfect for our needs. The panoramic roof is an impressive option but we never use it and wish we'd had the option of deleting it from our top end option package. My wife and I otherwise love our Tucson.

All the safety and comfort features this car is designed.

The drive is smooth amd quiet. Better than the Lexus NX300 I had previously. All the options, including intuitive cruise, highway and lane assist work flawlessly. Can’t say enough about this ride.

Great if you don't care about the little things

I have 2 complaints about this vehicle. Both are related to rattling noises that occur during normal driving. One coming from the B pillar on the driver's side and the other coming from somewhere on the passenger side rear seat area, though I cannot pinpoint the source of the rattle.

Expected more from this vehicle given the Hyundai reputation & price.

This is the third Hyundai I have purchased new. I am disappointed in the exterior quality and had to have a door handle replaced immediately after purchasing the vehicle. There appears to be a white "glue" or "caulk" in between the doors and other seams - very cheap-looking - it looks like it was thrown together. I've already had a number of problems with this vehicle and I've only had it for a year. There are many rattles and noises in the interior that are very distracting and annoying and make the car not so fun to drive or own. Sadly, this will probably be my last Hyundai purchase. Some of the safety features are uncomfortable. It seems that some should have been designed to be selected rather than deselected each time you start the engine.

Fun!

This is not just the best hybrid I’ve owned but the funnest car I’ve owned. The N-line is stylish, fun, and a great value! It is my urban rocket. It’s fast if the line, nibble through traffic, and handles great! The interior is aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. The fully visible glass roof makes sure everyone has a great view of the stars.
