Electrical nightmare
After purchasing a brand new hybrid SUV, I thought I would have my car for the next few years. When in reality, I’ve spent the first year of ownership spending more times in the service center than I can count. From windows going up and down on their own, to Exhaust fans turning on after the car’s been still, even the electrical on the car refusing to turn on but the car coming out of park where I had to sit for three hours, so my car didn’t roll back. Everything has been a nightmare. Because the service center cannot duplicate these issues. I am left with a disaster in a car. I’ve got no help, no chance of reimbursement, or even the ability to exchange the car for one without issues. Disappointed and angry, doesn’t even cover it.
