Comfortable and Reliable

I enjoy the comfort and reliability of this car. I use it as my tent when camping. I’ve had no issues and the hybrid gives it 34mpg all the time.

Full of promises and did not deliver.

I love the car...I had been researching prior to buying for a long time. Comparing with other makes and then learning about the features of this particular car. There are a couple of things that annoy me once I purchased the vehicle. For one, when I was researching, I was led to believe that I would be able to enter and drive my vehicle with just my phone. Well that was a lie. Once I had the vehicle, Hyundai staff didn't know that was a feature, some said it depends on the phone, some said it could only be an Android phone that would give you that benefit. That fine print was not part of the website when I was researching and then only added later. This is one feature that I wanted and chose this vehicle for it. I had to purchase out of my own pocket a card to use the vehicle without a key. That feature is mediocre at best and I am concerned one day it wont work and I will be left stranded. I dont enjoy that I have to plug my iphone for apple carplay. I have rented older vehicles and with less features that still have the capabilities of wireless carplay. Limited trim means nothing. Not the best of the best.

Disappointing Ownership Experience – Recalls and Poor Service Access

I regret purchasing this vehicle. Since owning it, I’ve had to deal with multiple recalls, which raises serious concerns about the car’s reliability and safety. On top of that, I haven’t been able to get a simple oil change appointment—the dealership is consistently overbooked or unresponsive. It’s incredibly frustrating to own a vehicle that you can’t maintain properly due to lack of service availability, especially when routine maintenance like oil changes should be quick and accessible. The manufacturer and dealership clearly failed to plan for customer support at scale. If you're considering this vehicle, be aware that even basic service may be a challenge. The car itself may have potential, but it’s overshadowed by poor support and unresolved safety concerns. I would not recommend this vehicle to anyone who values reliability, safety, or timely service.

Have over 10000 miles after year of driving around town.

Only complaint is in cruise control. Have a hybrid model and if electric mode comes on when going uphill, the speed starts dropping drastically cause the electric power is insufficient to keep set speed up.. Long rides seat comfort gets uncomfortable.
