Reliable with good fuel efficiency, but HVAC struggles to keep cabin cool on hot days and takes longer than expected to warm up in winter.

Battery issues

Electrical issues---the battery goes dead after the vehicle has sat for a few hours to a few days. I have had to use the manual key to get into the vehicle and then having to reset the battery. Since this is a new vehicle, I don't think this should be happening.

Great vehicle, but the mileage is not as good as advertised.

Mostly a great vehicle. Gas mileage per cost is not very good. I could have gotten a Rav4 and paid a little more, but with better gas mileage.

This auto is an excellent choice for those that want a hybrid.

I've been very please with this auto. It saves a lot of gas with it being a hybrid. The interior is top of the class. I don't have any complaints with it.

Love the vehicle

The Tucson has gotten the gas mileage as advertised. I'm averaging 37 MPG with the Hybrid model. There is only complaint I have is there is a rattle that I can't figure out where it is, and is there a way to turn down the volume on the back up beeping.

JB ‘24 Tucson!

Overall a good car. A minor power glitch shortly after lease start but that has been resolved. Only negative is vehicle is sometimes hesitant when quick acceleration is needed.

Poor hybrid battery

This hybrid battery does not operate as any other hybrid I have owned. It goes into hibernation and locks all doors if I do not drive it at least once a week, which none of my other Toyota hybrids ever did. This is very poor performance in my opinion.

Not as fuel efficient as advertised

Only two complaints. One is not being fuel efficient as stated 38/35 mpg hwy/city. 30mpg average. The other is driving mode always default to ECO and can't have it permanently set to SMART.

Great car for the money

Car has a nice quiet ride. I thought the mileage would be better with a hybrid but not really that much better. Some of the features (like lane assist) are a pain. The beeping is annoying and sometimes mysterious.
