I love the car, but would like more info on the be,Les and whistles.

This is my first hybrid, and I really like it, although it’s taking me time to get used to all the bells and whistles.

Solid and Feature-Filled

Very pleased with the features. Great mileage. Great handling. Comfortable ride but still firmly attached to the road. Only one issue: The regenerative braking is very heavy-handed at times. Wireless CarPlay would have been nice but I was able to add it with a $35 adapter from Amazon.

Power and Gas Economy

No experience with a Hybrid before, but I am sold on my Tuscon Hybrid. First and most important is when I need to accelerate the power to do so is at the gas pedal. It seems that instantly all the horsepower is there to merge, or speed up, etc. Second is the gas economy. A fill up gives me about a 475 mile range, vs. 350 with my previous car. All in all about 38 mpg.

Overall a top notch vehicle.

I have been very happy with my vehicle. I love the heated/cooling seats and steering wheel. I love all the features and the ability to pull it out of a tight spot when not in it. Also, the ability to cool it down before getting in it. I love the screen size and gas mileage (even though it is nowhere NEAR what is promised). No matter HOW or where I drive, my average is closer to 32. I've NEVER gotten 35. I love the moon roof and the many other options (such as being able to see an aerial view of when I pull into a space). There are only a few small things I would tweak. 1. Have an option to turn off that horrible back up noise. It's not only embarrassing, but also useless. people still walk behind me. Why can't I turn it off!? Should be an option, not forced on the driver. 2. make it so when I get out of the car, I can choose for all 4 of my doors to unlock. This should be an option. I leave my purse in the backseat. I have to hit my keys when i get out to reopen my car so I can get my purse. It's a hassle. 3. My passengers say the seats could be more comfortable (softer). They especially do not like the plastic part just under the head rest. But I do like the material. as a driver, I find the car comfortable, but for long distance it's a bit rigid. 4. I do NOT like the push button gears. I've gotten used to them, but I find them slow to find, slow to engage once pushed, and not as good as a shifter. 5. The cup holders are too small and currently there just isn't enough "storage" for stuff, in my opinion, even though there is plenty of room for a few more small places to put storage pockets. (a place to slide sunglasses in next to the screen would be ideal. What ends up happening is everything goes where the charger is and then it becomes unusable. 6. There is no place to mount a phone easily. Everyone needs to mount their phone these days. Make it a part of the design please, or at least a consideration. These things are is the main reason I only give 4 not 5 star. it also would be nice to be able to put the back seats down FROM the back seat instead of having to go to the trunk to do this, but that's not as important. I'd also like the option to open the trunk with my foot (wave foot under back of car).

My Hyundia Tuscon Hybrid

Had issue with check engine light coming on after 10,000 miles. The service dept. at Garber worked with me to get the problem resolved. EGR valve I believe. Even though I did not purchase the vehicle at Garber they were the closest dealership. Katie, Scott and Kaylee the service reps were great as were technicians.

Hyundai Tuscon at 20900 miles before service appointment

I really like the mileage, but it makes a noise when we go over 60 mph like something is loose. The back-up camera seems slightly off-center. I had trouble once in the rain when it braked and I wouldn't have.
