Too many dealer visits

I've been to the dealer about 9 times in the last 2 years since I got this vehicle. Shock absorber & trunk cover (tonneau) issues - the dealer replaced both after 3-4 visits (each). Now my shock absorber is again acting up

My Santa cruz

Love this little truck, but worry about the DCT transmission as I’ve heard they can cause problems. But relying on the 100,000 mile warranty if I have a problem.

Pretty happy

Everything about my Santa Cruz is fine, except for the transmission. I have concerns that it will fail, long before it should. It slips at times and is noisier than I would expect for an auto under three years old. Very disappointed. . .

It is a very versatile vehicle

Fits all my needs. Rides like an SUV not like a truck. Handles fairly well decent power. Economical. If I had any complaint it would be with the entertainment system. I like my music loud and it doesn’t go loud enough for me. It’s petty I know.

Love My Santa Cruz

I have had many people ask about my vehicle and remark on the styling. I also like the sleek lines of it. It handles very well and has so many safety features. It gets very good gas mileage. The back seats accommodate 2 adult individuals with plenty of room. We traded our 2023 Santa Cruz in for the 2025 because we wanted the back cover for the bed. Both are all wheel drive which comes in handy when we want to drive on the beach. The 2025 came with additional safety features and air and heat ducts for the rear seats. Also charging ports for the passengers in the back seat. Both the front and rear seats are very comfortable even on long trips. The front seats are also adjustable. I noticed that below it refers to a 2023 Santa Cruz. As I previously mentioned we traded our 2023 in for a 2025.

Bought this direct from Dealership it had only been a loaner

I'm still unsure if this is the car that I bought, or they switched it but that is a bad dealer, not Hyundai. Long story short, after paying a fortune to deodorize the vehicle I've had no issues since and find it a joy to drive. I've had it almost two years. It's fun, feels like an upscale sedan in interior and handling but has all the convenience of a light pickup. My only wish is that they made a hybrid model. My two cars before were both Hybrid Sonata's which I loved too.

I love driving my Santa Cruz

It’s a good small truck I like how the monitor facing the driver side easy to see. Front seat are great but the backseat is not ideal for a long trip.
