Vehicle is good still waiting for my title

Overall good value for money car is surprisingly nice compered to higher prices vehicles with seemlier features I haven’t bean able to get a tow hitch installed for some reason they are not available at the moment.

Very stylish auto, great design and features. Rims and tires completes vehicle looks. Seating and storage perfect for this size vehicle. Would like to see more head room clearance when entering vehicle drivers side.

Amazing Pallisade

I was tossing up between the Telluride and the Pallisade. After testing both out, I liked how th Pallisade drove better, the warranty was way better and the features included I liked better. The interior design with cups in the front and charger were laid out perfectly, the way the kids can get into the third row convenient and the ease to lay down all seats perfection. So I chose the Pallisade, I’m so glad I did and I’m recommending to everyone I know

Amazing vehicle

I love my Palisade!! I tell praises of it to everyone!! The quality stands out and is far and above similar vehicles. Three rows of heated/cool seats is an extra plus. This is my first experience for HUD. It keeps my eyes on the road and can be customize! Try it you will love it too!

Love My Palisade

Beautiful, roomy, comfy on long rides, all the bells and whistles you could want... good on gas, excellent sound system. love the navigation system, it's very accurate. (better than our cell phones) worth the money

The vehicle has been fantastic. Drives well, great lighting, great cargo space. Very comfortable for me being a bigger person. Easy step in and out. Good visabilty. So far great mileage. We really like the style and look of the car.

Love my Palisade

Super spacious. Big display screen for gps or other apps. Very easy to drive. All the bells and whistles. Heating and cooling seats for first two rows is a plus. Hyundai app is user friendly. I love my Palisade.

Very happy with my vehicle

This is my 3rd Palisade and very happy with it just an overall great vehicle waiting on the 2025 going to get one it’s a very nice family car although in my case it’s only my wife and I but it’s very nice and comfortable every year when we go on vacation it’s spacious enough cause it’s a family vacation all 7 of us

Poor customer service

Car is great , Hyundai customer service is very poor. Can’t seem to get a copy of a state title that they need to request. Can’t drive the car because New Mexico requires a paper title and Hyundai can’t seem to be bothered.

Nice car, silent easy to ride. Lots of Space with 7 confortable seats. Nice for long trips and move large stuff. Safty measures are good. Self del mg and asissted lane are good. Missing some features such memory for different drivers

We like the car no problems.

We bought the car new site unseen till they brought it in to the dealership. We had driven and researched the palisades and knew that was what we wanted. We have had it a year it has 9000 plus mils on it now. No problems.

Love my palisade!

Lobe my vehicle! Took forever to finally get one. It wasn't the color I wanted, but did have the interior color. I wish hyundai allowed you to order a vehicle like KIA. If I knew that before buying I would have looked in to the Telluride.

Great family car but nice enough if just my husband and I want to enjoy a night out. Provides versatility and room as your children grow from children to adults. Safety features give you a sense of confidence regardless of the weather or type of road your on.

Overall this car is well done. I currently own the 2023 calligraphy and I would adjust or change the leg room allowance I’m 6’7 266

In addition, I would add a center seat second row or make that an option to choose from and as part of entertainment allowance to add tv screens behind seat, we travel often and this feature would afford passengers to be engaged

Favorite Vehicle

After one year ownership I can say I love the styling and comfort of the seats and ride and all technical features including heads up display, exterior camera views, smart cruise control. This is the favorite vehicle I’ve owned.

My 2nd Palisades and I love the cameras on it.

This is my 2nd Palisades. I love the improvements they've made with the camera's. I feel so much safer, can back out of driveways that are not straight with ease. With the AWD weather does not worry me!

not good

The car was supposed to come with a trailer hitch. It is advertised coming with it. The dealership said it had one, but it was just concealed. There is not a wiring harness for this car. I also had a flat tire after a couple hundred miles because of a defective tire. It cost $500 and it was not covered by warranty. I tried bringing the car in for recall, the dealership didn’t know about it and said I had to bring it in to have it inspected before they could even make an appointment to fix it, Hyundai has been completely unresponsive to any of my questions complaints. Anything it’s once you drive off the dealership you are forgotten. This will come back to haunt Honda as long as they try selling cars in the United States for the above reasons is why I would never recommend a Hyundai to anyone. When people see my car and ask if I would buy another one, I say emphatically no. I would like to have my money refunded so I could buy a different car.
