Lack of quality materials

It is a good vehicle. But less than a few months the paint on the plastic parts is already coming off. Navigation system was built to frustrate. Just use your phone’s navigation. It does run very well and easy to drive.

You get (less than) what you pay for

The car's styling and my family growing is why I bought it. Also the standard features and safety rating. The build quality, plastic interior, paint quality and overall cheep feeling to the car, is why I will not buy another kia/huyandi again. Even though this car has 100,000 Mi warranty on the engine, the overall build quality makes me worry if the engine and transmission will make it there. I can't wait to sell this car and buy something else.

Best you can get

Amazing features comfort and safety. I went from Tucson to a Santa Fe to the palisade and I didn’t think it looked much bigger, but it certainly feels bigger, but not that I’m driving a tank down the road. My kids also. Love it!

Love it!

I test drove every main line 3rd row SUV you can think of, and the Palisade won, hands down. Also, their warranty for new vehicles even beat Kia, which was the leader at the time I was looking. Based on price, warranty, and the quality of the vehicle, it was a no brainer.

Wonderful car, but needs some improvements

Harman Kardon can be impreove on auido quality. Provide power folding side mirrors. Include sunglass holder. Last but least, Caligraphy Palisade needs more color options for front grill in black or more more.

Poor quality materials

Windshield shatters really easily, in less than a year I’ve had to repair or change windshield 5 times. I consulted with dealer but was referred to you to voice my concerns. I’ve owned various vehicles from various brands and I had never had this issue before.

Comfort and stability is100%. Technology and essay to use is 100%. The Trunk area space is about 50%. Heating and Cooling System 80% The Fuel Economy is about 70%. The noise inside the vehicle is about 60% The overall design of both the interior and exterior is perfect

MSRP, value, drivability, interior and exterior, electronics, safety and all other features are awesome. The only thing is the drive out price from the dealer. If anybody planning to go the west Houston Hyundai dealership, they will charge you another $6500 for no reason other than MSRP, warranty, taxes and doc fees. So please try to choose a different dealership to save some money for this awesome 2023 HYUNDAI PALISADE.

Love my new palisade. My husband did all the research for me honestly. But it rides really well and it’s very comfortable. It feels very roomy and it has a smooth drive. I love all the cameras and electronics on the vehicle. Plus it’s beautiful.

2023 Palisade Limited

Still a fairly new vehicle so hard to rate long-term. So far no major issues just wish on The Limited I was offered the ambient lighting and wish the side mirrors were automatic. Also wish I could have had the option of a silver grill. Would have purchased the calligraphy however did not like the interior roof material wish that could have been optional. So far just small things and wish there was better placed cup holders in Middle row. Otherwise so far ,so good on the vehicle.
