I arrived at my appointment for a routine oil and filter change. I expected to see my usual service advisor Mike Lange but instead was met by Gaby Lima. I learned that Mike had retired and Gaby was a new hire. Obviously, I was a bit disappointed as Mike was very knowledgable with many years of experience and he always recommended the proper course of action regarding repairs and service. Gaby was very accommodating. I was extremely please with the attention and service she provided and I wish her a productive successful career.

Adolfo took care of me and provided an estimate for the recommended work. He kept in touch with me throughout the day. The work was done in a timely manner and I was able to pick up my car mid-afternoon. Adolfo also arranged an Uber that morning to drop me at home so I did not have to wait at Fitzgerald. Very nice benefit. Thanks for taking care of me. Great service.

I had my poor car towed in to Fitz-Hyundai and they put me right at ease and Ubered me home for free!
My car needed extensive work and ordered parts and Fitz-Hyundai gave me a free rental to use while my car was being fixed. I was kept up to date on the progress with my car and approximately how long it would take. Gabby was understanding and professional throughout the entire process.
Another exceptional experience having my car worked on at Fitz-Hyundai!
