I love the vehicle but I cannot get the tow package to use for one of the reasons I brought it and it's been quite a while over a year that I've been trying

I love the vehicle so it's only a couple things that I do not like and the main thing is I cannot get the wiring or the tow hitch package to tow with the vehicle for which you guys advertise it for I've been trying for over a year this is very important to me also I would like to headlights to be Delights to go off if I'm sitting in a parking lot talking to someone while the car is running other than that the vehicle is great I wanted it because of the Quad Saving Captain chairs even in the rear

Excellent car

After a year, I still love this car. Comfortable, responsive and plenty of room. Features are generally easy to operate and the ride/interior comfort is excellent for an SUV. I especially enjoy the ride height with is low for an SUV making entry and exit easy.

Good

It’s been one year and I’m still waiting for my factory trailer hitch package! Ridiculous. I do not like the way the door locks are programmed to operate. I am very dissatisfied and surprised with the engineering flaw of no manually controlled parking brake…what course of action is there in case of brake failure? Very unsafe!!! Front grille requires too much attention to keep clean.

Dealership did not do what was asked to not do

No comment dealer didn’t listen I told them on certain add on on contract 3 times . Why buy extended warranty when I don’t need n was slid in on contact after telling them multiple times I did not not want it .

Excellent ride

The hyundai Palisade has outstanding quality and comfort. It has a really quiet and smooth ride. The price is really good compared to other similar vehicles in its class. My last three vehicles have been Hyundais and I'll never purchase any other make.

Awesome vehicle

I had an excellent experience

I absolutely think the Palisade Calligraphy is a beautiful vehicle. I really enjoy driving it. My only real complaint about this vehicle is it doesn’t have power mirrors. I know that seems like a small issue but since I take it through a car wash at least once a week it is a little inconvenient.

This is a great vehicle. I love everything about it. Very roomy and has a lot of great features. Easy to drive and very comfortable to ride in. My family is enjoying this new vehicle. We just drove it on vacation and it exceeded our expectations.

wonderful ride

everything works as advertised especially the cruise control, land departure , and the distance between cars with the cruise control activated. Headlights give a great view at night and the auto diming is great.

Best bang for your buck!

I have been a big fan of the Palisade since they came out. Sadly with COVID they were very hard to get. This year we went for it and got an SEL Premium which is the best value for money you can get. Has all the nice options without the extra price tag for stuff you won’t use. Great car!

I love this car! It has everything I wanted and more! It has plenty of room for things I need to do and for long trips. I love that it has a third row of family comes to visit and we can take one vehicle, which has been helpful.

Smaller vehicle with a big car fill! The road handling has a lot of good features-ease of cruise control setting.Lots of interior room. Great gas mileage. Has a lot of safety features! We downsized from a Yukon XL.

I would Recommend this to anyone vehicle. Great vehicle to drive and lots of room for a midsize suv. Love the exterior color Burgundy and the interior color is oyster very classy looking . The ride is smooth.

My overall experience in buy the price of this SUV is great. I think Hyundai could have added more specs to this vehicle. The safety features to me is amazing, lot of stuff to get use to, but, handle and ride is wonderful.

My Palisade is fun to drive, I look the look of the vehicle especially with the black grill it really look nice.It has most of the features I want ,expect heated seats, and power lift gate on this trim. Otherwise the inside is beautiful rides nice plenty of cargo space. Since driving this vehicle for one year I had no negative issues, I really like this SUV.

Nice car, not enough power

Whatever you do, don't pay over sticker.. the value of this vehicle in my opinion is 20% under what they charge. The vehicle looks great and the interior is what really sold me. The radio could be a little louder, but sounds great. I just don't feel the value..

Great car poor knowledge on repairs

Car is wonderful and has all the safety features I was looking for. Terrible dealership experience on repairing an issue that the car shipped from the manufacture with. The repair resulted in panel gaps to the headliner and a broken panel in the third row that was just discovered during an interior detailing job.
