The service performed was good. However, I was called by the wrong name several times in spite of correcting the service department gentleman. It seems that the paperwork was filled out with the wrong name and address but the correct VIN number for my car. It all had to be corrected in the computer when paying. Hopefully it is correct in the computer now.

I had car troubles while on vacation, six hours away from home. Woodhouse was able to take my car in that day and fixed as soon as possible. It took a few days but I know they worked as fast as they could to get my car back to me. They called me every day to update me on my car. I was also a few days past my warranty and the employees worked very hard to help me get a reasonable price. Was a stressful situation being so far away from home, but Woodhouse made the experience so much better.
