I hate the safety features, they are unsafe. I was in a traffic jam and the car mistakenly thought I was speeding up into a car and slammed on the brakes for me all the way to the floor making me slide on gravel. The steering wheel vibration and alerts don’t take into account when the car in front of you is turning. I hate the auto shut off and having to remember to turn it off each time. The side mirrors have a distorted view like a funhouse mirror unless you’re looking directly in the center. Part of my trim is hanging off and I called to see if that was under warranty since it only has 6,000 miles and was never in an accident and the person said they would call me back but never did. The vehicle shifts funny into first gear on normal mode, almost like a putter when you’re only going around 20-25 mph. I bought it brand new!

Great small SUV

The vehicle is great except for some weird things: (1) There is no way to open the trunk manually; (2) The touch to unlock button on the door handles (both driver's and passenger's side) does NOT work consistently (this is very annoying when you are trying to gain entry to the vehicle when your hands are full or you are standing in the rain); (3) The dashboard lights for operation of different functions are not adequately illuminated (E.G. difficult to determe whether the AC is turned on or not); (4) Haven't been able to locate the button for recycling inside air or use of fresh/exterior air; (5) there is no passenger seat adjustment for the height of the seat.

There is multiple point of manufacturing defect on the paint

Notify the dealership on the second business day but the deal did not inform me that I can exchange the vehicle until the window passed.

I luv my car

I have been driving hyundai since 2005. 5 stars all the way! The cars have always had plenty of extras included in the price as well as a great warranty making it hard to go to another brand. I am currently driving a 2025 tucson limited and it is loaded with extras. However, the air conditioner does not blow cold! I live in florida and need a/c. Not sure how much help they are going to give me with this, but i will soon see. Also, one more thing to note is that they seem to burn oil....on the same token, they run very well on very little oil. (Ooops Lol) havent had the 2025 long enough to know if this oil situation is still a thing.
