My 3rd Hyundai Tucson purchased, exceptional driving like the others.

I have kept from selecting 5 stars as I miss the back cover under the back window. That was an important accessory, protection from high sun on groceries and coverage of valuable items and luggage. I really wish that had been in the 2025 vehicle as the see-through mesh catch at the backof that area is not that useful. In addition, I would have preferred to have that pull-over shade rather than the first aid kit, the back hookup for pulling and the mesh catch, especially since that screen is no longer available. I connot imagine pulling any other vehicle or carrier. The first aid kit is typically never used.

Excellent product for the cost.

Super styling, fit, finish and performance. Low marks for complicated dash features and poor daytime visibility of climate controls. Response from Hyundai regarding this Hyundai was :see your dealer", which, of course, got me nowhere. With regards to recommendations, I never do this.

The Good and the Bad, no Ugly

Excellent design, fit, finish, and ride. Low marks for complicated features and poor visibility of climate controls. With regards to some of the questions below, I do not recommend any product to friends or relatives, for obvious reasons. I will tell only them if I like or dislike it

It gets me where I want to go.

Drivers seat could be more comfortable. Square hole in top of dash board causes a reflection on the windshield. Radio is a little disappointing. Do not get a lot of stations clearly.

Screen Malfunction

I purchased the Tucson about 3 months ago and have had about 7 instances so far of the main screen fading to grey, or seeing multiple screens at same time, like the map overlaid with a different screen. I took it back to Service at Boucher, where I purchased it, and it was there 8 consecutive days. Bringing the car home from Service, I continued to have 2 separate issues just on the drive home, followed by another incident yesterday. I am awaiting notice from Boucher to take the car back again once they have a rental available for me, hopefully sometime soon. I am not confident that this can get resolved and am researching lemon laws.
