software and hardware below expectation

when i connect my vehicle to android auto, the voice command feature does not work. when i call through android auto, the receiving end hears loud drilling noise. when car engine is turned off, the a/c often starts running on its own. i'm worried this will drain the battery. i have reached out directly with the dealership (fitzgerald rockville) as well as customer service but i keep getting bounced around and the issue has not been resolved. dealer said the 2025 end of quarter update should resolve the issue, but it hasn't. i basically paid for a promised feature (voice command through android auto) that turns out doesn't work.

Great! But not perfect

I love our Tucson. However, I feel that there are some luxury options missing and would have loved a calligraphy version. Also, MPG have gone down from 2022 to 2025.

2020 Tuscon limited

Comfortable, quiet, like body style and interior. Great features on the limited model. Absolutely hate the auto stop. turning it off every start is a huge nuisance; there needs to be a permanent off switch. Gas mileage sucks for a small vehicle.
