Great vehicle - Mechanically

Runs great. Great on gas, 3 yes free oil changes, smooth ride. Excellent safety features and sensors. Vehicle design makes it impossible to judge left and right distance to objects when turning into tight spaces. Engine hood, and frnders are too high and obstruct vision.

Some things work some dont

Besides for feeling cheated by the dealer when I returned my old Tucson and my current lease is for a vehicle equipped with fewer options such as the enhanced rear view mirror and the turn signal in the side view mirrors other things dont work such as the charging ports dont always charge and the vehicle hold doesn't work either. Just yesterday the radar went offline and just as inexplicably came back. The lease charges are unconscionable high for the vehicle but that's on the dealership

Love my new car so far. Very reliable and comfortable. love the space it offers. handles well in the snow. I could have have a better deal at a different dealership but I had a time issue. The service was great.

Vehicle size is good, Love three size of the screen, however I don't like the stop and start option. I should have a switch to kill that option permanently not every time I drive.

I really do love my Tuscon but the tires that came with it were not good 25000 on them had to replace. Wish it had a little more oomph but it works for me.

Need to have a steering wheel heated

Gear requested improving because it has some problems in shifting and unreasonable. Stay in low when it need to be in high.

Blue Link App

My Blue Link app has not worked since November 10, 2025 at 6:15 am. I put a ticket in with Blue Link on December 18, 2025 at 9:35 am. I have called Blue Link Call Center every 7 - 10 days since December 18. Call Center states they cannot speak with an engineer, nor is there a human with the Blue Link app to speak with. I have all documentation of my correspondence with Blue Link call center. I have also had Hyundai Barnes Crossing check on this issue as well, and they could not help either. Dealership sold the vehicle with the Blue Link app remote start, etc. features, and I paid the fee included in price of my 2025 Tucson. However, I have not been able to utilize the Blue Link app since November 10, 2025. I am paying for a service include in my vehicle sale price and no access. Very disgusted and upset since I purchased in good faith the myHyundai app remote start, etc. would work properly. Regina Moffett
