Very satisfied with the car and the dealer.

Other than one minor oil leak from a sensor which the dealership replaced at the 1500 mile check up there have been no other issues. I had hoped that it would get better gas mileage on the highway, getting about 29 mpg, my Genesis G80 with the 3.8 ltr gets 27mpg. I also have my doubts about how long the Michelin OE tires will last before I will be buying new ones. One suggestions I would make is to not have the lane maintaining come on every time you engage the cruise control.

I love the vehicle but I experience too many problems

I have taken my vehicle in twice because the radio/screen glitches and the sevice department wants to keep my vehicle for 5-7 weeks to diagnose the problem and they do not offer a loaner vehicle or pay for car rental (my vehicle has 12,500 miles). So, vehicle has electronic issues and the customer service department is not reliable, claiming that they are too busy. The a/c has a musky smell and the want to charge me over $300 to clean it.

I love

I would've given it a 5 but the screen keeps flashing in and out and going completely out sometimes and the dealership states that there is nothing they can do until it stays completely out in order to determine what is wrong. It is frustrating especially when using GPS

Perfect mid- size SUV

Love my 2024 Tucson. Perfect size for me. Love the Interior design of the dash. Everything works well. They improved the interior cargo size. I passed on the earlier versions due to cargo size. This is perfect size and get good gas mileage.
