Service and Maintenance Issues - Hyundai Corporate Communications

1. My Direct Issues With Hyundai (Your Situation) Repeated follow-ups with zero real information, creating unnecessary back‑and‑forth and wasted time. Failure in internal communication, with no department taking ownership or providing clarity. Being asked to respond every few days for an issue that is not my fault and was not caused by anything I agreed to. The customer (you) being forced to worry about something that should have been handled internally. Slow, unclear, and unhelpful customer service, with no resolution timeline or transparency. Stress and inconvenience caused by poor case handling. REJECTED Request for reimbursement still unresolved even though it is clearly warranted. REJECTED Additional expectation for compensation for the repeated inconvenience, such as covered or complimentary future services Electrical & Software Problems Infotainment system freezing or rebooting randomly. Issues with wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto disconnecting frequently. Battery Drain notifications Trim pieces rattling sudden braking no obstacle present transmission lag during shifting

Cracked windshield, broken radiator, leaking coolant, musty smell

This vehicle has been nothing but trouble since I purchased it. The windshield cracked within the first few months. The radiator is now leaking coolant. When I use the air conditioner it smells like a musty basement. I wish I would have gotten something else. Disappointment 10/10/

Shifting transmission speeds

I don’t like the way it hangs up in 2nd or 3rd gear before going into a higher gear. It just winds up the rpms.
