Nice car for small family.

It is a nice car with decent space and price is pretty reasonable and they offered 0% financing so it is a win win situation. I am happy about my decision. We loved this car this is my 2nd Hyundai and I have no issues..

Poor gas mileage rough and noise ride

Poor gas mileage window sticker said 32 presently 26 on 3000 mile trip thru USA the ride is noisy and rough. Only on brand new pavement is it quite and smooth. I bought the car to travel with and after driving through 10 states I am disappointed.

Poor mileage, transmission issues

Quality is concerning, transmission issues Hyundai doesn't want to fix or admit to.i owned 11 Hyundai's over 11 years.. the Tucson is my last.. the dealership nor Hyundai would admit there's a problem..these vehicles are leaving the factory with a transmission software problem that they absolutely know about but do not want to fix or maybe it would cost to much

Great vehicle

I am very happy with my new Tucson. I like the way it handles, smooth quiet ride. Stylish body design and color. Still getting used to the control panel and gear shifter location. I feel some of the center console controls take up a lot of space.

Car broker & dealership were courteous and helped me get the vehicle I wanted at a price I could afford

Overall, I'm very satisfied with the new vehicle. I got all the features I wanted and in the color I wanted. My only regret is that it's not a hybrid. It was just too expensive for my budget but features were more important to me in my decision to buy this vehicle.

Great vehicle

Love my 2024 Hyundai Tucson with Convenience package! The only thing I dislike is the seatbelt alarms- my kiddos have to unbuckle while driving under 5 mph in the school drop off line, and the alarms don’t stop going off until they exit the vehicle or the car engine is turned off and back on.

I live in a snowy environment and the Tucson has give me confort and a feeling of safety. I love the 360 cameras and the safety features. as well the blue link give me a better control of my car. The remote power on with different settings is the best.

Not pleased.

Fuel economy is bad. Does not meet even close to stated numbers. Being that it is a hybrid it should be better. Not compatible with Android. Do not like navigation system. Overall dissatisfied with purchase of this car.

Adam Meyer the manager of Hyundai of Metairie is an awesome man. He's very professional, friendly and helpful.

The Tucson is fabulous!! We love it. It has a great smooth drive, very comfortable vehicle. I bought this car for my 20 year old daughter. She's very happy with the Tucson and really loves the heated seats.
