Great Car, excellent gas mileage

I was skeptical that I would like a hybrid suv, but it’s quick and has great gas mileage. Overall there are a few things I don’t like with the design and the console user interface , but they are really minor.

Not what I exy

Don’t pay extra for the plug-in feature. It’s not worth it. It costs over $4 to fully charge to 33 miles. It also gets around 30 miles per gallon of gas. Gas is less than $4 here. So the plug-in feature actually costs me more.

More than I expected

I have the Tucson XRT model. Not only is it stylish with the body that somewhat stands out from the rest of the SUV’s we see, this one has black rims and luggage rack on top. I was also surprised to find a towing package as well. The inside is very comfortable and has enough legroom in the rear so the front seats need no adjustment when the rear is occupied. The rear seats fold flat with a lever in the cargo area which makes it convenient when placing larger items inside. The driver controls include Automatic Lane Keeping, Automatic Place Control for heavy traffic and Cruise Control. Almost drives itself. Many other convenient functions all within reach.

연비도 나름 괜찮고 운전할때 승차감은 좋습니다. 다만 인테리어가 다소 아쉬워요. 뒷자석 문에 는 음료만 들어갈수 있게 수납

고객서비스가 많이 아쉬웠어요. 처음에 새차를 받고 문제가 있어서 방문했는데 파트를 주문한다고 해서 차량을 맏기고 개인적으로 렌트카를 일주일간 했어요 kerney mesa hyundai 에서는 렌트카 지원을 안해줬어요 파트를 기다리는 동안 일주일을 350불을 개인적으로 지불해서 렌트를 했어요. 고객센터에서는 연락도 없고 계속 기다릴수가 없어서 찾아갔더니 아직 파트가 도착 안했다 하더라구요. 처음에 차량을 맏길때 파트주문이 오래 걸리면 렌트카를 지원해주거나 고객에게 알려줘야 하는데 전혀 그런내용이 없어서 저는 그냥 렌트카를 했습니다 이 비용은 현대에서 지불해 줘야 한다고 생각합니다. 너무 화가 나고 억울하지만 저는 다시 차량을 픽업했고 훗날 다시 차량을 맏겼습니다. 3번에 걸쳐서 제차를 고쳤습니다. 정말 고객서비스를 너무 못해서 실망했어요 내 개인적인 렌트카 비용과 시간을 낭비했어요 그래서 다시는 현대 차량을 구매하고 싶지 않았습니다. 제가 차를 구매할 시기에 동생도 같은 모델을 구매했어요. 하지만 다음번에도 현대차를 탈지는 고민을 더 해볼것 같아요 디자인은과 차량 전체적인 성능은 좋습니다.

Like my car. It could use some changes

Mileage is good. Handles nicely. Shortcomings are: 1) sideview mirrors should retract on parking ( like Lexus) 2) garage door button should be able to work on car is off ( like Lexus) 3) should be able to click rear door button on fob to close rear hatch h( like Lexus)

Over 1 year ownership, so far so good.

I have the Tucson Hybrid Limited and it is a great value for the money. I've had many trouble free Sonatas over 25 years. Recently had a hip replacement and decided to get a Tucson for ease of entry and exit. Very surprised by the ride comfort, acceleration and fuel economy so far. Very roomy not only for people but also for storage in the back. I would highly recommend the Tucson Hybrid Limited.

Tucson has pro’s & con’s

The overall performance of the vehicle is acceptable, but some of the additional features could be eliminated or modified. I guess listing all the shortcomings in the ‘Con’s’ section didn’t satisfy the character count for this review.

I really like the sleek look of the Hyundai Tucson

I have had my Tucson for 20 months. I have not had any issues and really enjoy driving it. I love the snow mode during the winter when to roads are bad. I have confidence it will keep me on the road.

Disappointed with overall performance of vehicle

Unhappy with acceleration. Vehicle strains uphill and definitely not a smooth transition with changing gears. Overall, disappointing. Also disappointed with mileage per gallon. Expected more from a hybrid

Experience has been okay, windshield leak was very disappointing.

It is nice looking and practical. Has a luxury feel/look without the luxury price. Engine isn’t the peppiest but gets me from place to place. Two windshield leaks due to recall was extremely disappointing. Have had to have carpet replaced twice.

Some options use is forced on you

Too much loss of customer choice.example- every time started the stop and restart turns on, off should be default mode. After setting dash views the way I want the car often resets back to default views after car not used one or two days. I get emails from Hyundai telling me to check if I left lights on or door open since battery is getting low, When I check car battery is fully charged and no draw detected...

Very Satisfied Overall

I enjoy the drive of the car, the upgrades and its appearance. The one aspect that to put it politely...to say I don't like....but actually HATE is the steering response to the road. The road drives the car. There is no play in the steering wheel; causing constant control over every road nuance. Very uncomfortable to drive under these conditions for long distances. There is no relaxed feel to the steering wheel as I have experienced in all my prior autos. You are not alone; my sister rented a KIA and had the same terrible steering wheel experience.

I have really enjoyed my Tucson. It's comfortable on long drives, gas mileage is good. No complaints! I feel safe driving in any weather. I'm loving all the features like auto hold, cruise control and the auto bright lights feature is nice! It is a good looking car

Great riding comfortable vehicle

Great comfortable vehicle. The base engine has to be changed. Just does not accelerate very well when you need it. After that, it is fine. Hopefully they will change this because it's a great car and doesn't need much improvement.

I owned a 2021, traded for a 2024 for no particular reason. I love the bigger display, upgraded to leather seats, but I miss my over head sunglass nook ( I am sure car guys get me). I recommend the brand regularly.

Some great features

I enjoy driving this car. It handles well. The auto hold is a nice feature to have when I am sitting at one of the many railroad crossings in our area. I did not think I would use the remote lock but it is a very nice extra to have.
