Incredibly disappointed in Hyundai.

The leather driver side seat on my 2023 Tuscon began splitting on the side in November 2024. Hyundai refused to replace the seat and has said the value of the vehicle won't depreciate because of the seat. Fast forward to June 2025. The seat is awful. Our family has purchased ten Hyundai vehicles in the past 12 years. This is our last.

Poor quality details

Although I do like the appearance and safety options on my 23 Tucson, the quality of details is why I would rate this vehicle with 2 stars. The poor quality of the under wheel and underbody cover causes loud rattling at highway speeds due to poor construction. The service department says it is not a covered part. The engine makes a growling sound when accelerating from a slow speed. The service department says it cannot be duplicated. The infotainment screen shuts off and restarts at least once per week. Again, cannot be duplicated. The drivers leather seat is separating. Again, not covered under warranty. I wish there was another service department nearby but there is not. I would not recommend this vehicle to anyone based on my experience.

Great car that is reliable, roomy and comfortable.

One of the best vehicles I have owned. The button to stall the idling engine was the worst part of the vehicle, and needs to be reversed to be empoyed when needed. Most owners don't live in California! Hyundai was so good I want to learn more about the Santa Fe.

Loved the vehicle for the most part

Great visibility out all windows; turning radius less than what I was used to; gas tank smaller than I was used to; noisy & rougher in car going over bumps than I was used to; backing up sensors could warn earliet

It's a good car for 2 years

Post-warranty performance has proven unsatisfactory. While the aesthetic design remains commendable, the exterior and interior materials exhibit significant durability deficiencies. The interior is susceptible to scratching from everyday wear, and the exterior finish is easily marred by airborne debris. Furthermore, a safety concern exists regarding the automatic door locking mechanism; this feature is inexplicably omitted from standard models, requiring purchase of a premium edition. Finally, excessive interior heat generation and premature transmission failure represent critical areas requiring immediate attention and resolution.
