Refusal to fix manufacturer's defects should put off buyers

If it wasn't for the problems then it would be a decent SUV. Comfortable, good gas mileage, good cargo capacity. The problem is initial build quality, defects and the unwillingness of Hyundai to fix them. Dealership/maintenance just make excuses and make the process so adversarial that you just give up.

Not worth what I paid. Radio/technology/apple CarPlay/etc. have stopped working numerous times since I bought the car in fall 2023.

2023 Tucson

Overall a good vehicle. Have owned it for a few years and no issues except for the seats are cracking. Don’t know what kind of material but this shouldn’t happen on a new vehicle. Engine needs a huge upgrade. It’s great on gas mileage but the performance is below average. First new vehicle we’ve purchased and it seems good for now but time will tell.

Quality and Security

Overall the car is a great value for the price. My car comes with standards and upgrades that other manufacturers charge much more for. I feel safe in my car as it has multiple airbags and strong structure. It is even 5” bigger on the inside than my 2016!

Nice vehicle, good warranty, too many dummy warnings

It has a good warranty, offered 0% financing, overall it's a nice vehicle, sits higher with the 4 wheel drive option, comfortable ride,just has too many dummy warnings, cruise control is unpredictable, slows down if slower vehicles are in front of you even when there's time to change lanes,gas mileage isn't as good as i thought it would be.

It has been a great ride

Just want to let you know that I am on my second Tucson. The first was bought used in 2018 and after 5 years of use, I decided to buy a second Tucson. The second is 2023 XRT which is stylish and urbanish. I am feeling it.
