Vehicle is excellent

The dealers in San Antonio, Teas are useless!! NO respect for the customer. Had to go to another city to find a decent dealers who actually wanted to sell a new Hyundai. Have the District Sales Manager contact me to discuss.

Hybrid is great on fuel economy

2023 Tucson Hybrid is great on fuel economy, loaded with higher-end bells and whistles (Bose sound system), and has a smooth ride. Highly rated by Consumer Reports, it's got a 10-year, 100,000 mile powertrain warranty. Excessive road noise is my only real complaint.

My experience was good

We love the vehicle with a smooth ride and great features while driving, the sound system is great the driving features are great. The vehicle as a whole is fun to drive. I like the looks of the exterior.

Perfect SUV

I was looking for an SUV for months. Passed on a few dealers, check online, read a lot of reviews about a few of them... but when I went to the Hyundai the customer service was excellent. I'm so happy with my new car in and outside. Love it all

Best in class

All the competition had similar features in one form or another but none had all the features that the Tucson has. The warranty, ride and finish plus more too numerous to mention were all bonuses. Especially the ride Highly recommend.

It’s a great car

I think that Hyundai makes an excellent selection of cars, trucks and SUVs in all sizes. I like the 2023 Hyundai Tucson. The SUV is dependable, spacious, easy to drive and comfortable. I’m looking forward to the next 8-12 years.

Love the Tuscon Limited Hybrid

This is my first SUV and first hybrid. I'm very pleased with the legroom and storage space in this small SUV--the back seat legroom is expansive. I also like the reclinable rear seats and headroom. The infotainment system is excellent and easy to understand. The air-conditioned front seats work well, and the overall A/C system handles the Florida summer heat well. I really appreciate the athletic styling.

Poor quality loud car

The car is super loud, keyless entry is poor signaling even when the key is on hand it doesn't sense most of the time. Rear Doors doesn't close properly no alarm system doesn't work. The vibration under my left foot while driving is super annoying.

I love my Tucson!

All around I love this car. Previously owned a Nissan Pathfinder that I cried when I got rid of. My Tuscon has now taken over this spot. I have no regrets in my purchase. I tell all my friends about all the bells and whistles and how nice it is to drive. Love driving it.

Awesome Car!

I love the Tucson. After having 2 Santa Fes, I wanted another one. After driving this car, I immediately loved it and thought it drove like my Sport. I hadn't purchased a new car in about 25 years so this was exciting.

Comfortable and premium

I was upgrading from a Kona to the Tuscon. I loved the Kona but the Tuscon is better in every way. Great performance, comfort and features seem to be the best in its class. I am very happy with the purchase.

Good Value - 4.5+

2023 Tucson Hybrid is a very good replacement for my 2014 Subaru Forester. It checks all of the boxes in terms of size, comfort and features with more standard safety technology than the alternatives in this class. The gas mileage experienced so far is somewhat less than anticipated and the new technology is requiring a longer learning curve.

Good Style

The overall style is good, but the position of the navigation monitor is too low. It is hard to look at the screen while driving. Also, fuel efficiency is not great. Overall a good car, but needs some improvements.

Hyundai Tucson has incredible style

I was looking for a luxury style car but without the price. My Hyundai Tucson in Amazon Grey has blown me away. It is beautiful on the exterior and interior. I like the leather interior. I also like how roomy it is for all the passengers in the car. It is a great value for your money.

Great small SUV for the money.

I wanted to purchase a very reliable medium sized SUV. I researched the internet to find a SUV in my price range that would be reliable for long term ownership. One that would have decent power, good fuel economy, and fun to drive. I found some different vehicles that looked like what I was interested in buying. The 2023 Hyundai Tucson SEL checked all the boxes I was looking for, and so far this SUV hasn't disappointed me. I highly recommend the Hyundai Tucson to anyone in need of a medium size VUV at a great price.

Second Hyundai

My current vehicle is a 2023 Hyundai Tucson. My first Hyundai was a 2020 leased Santa Fe. The Santa Fe was very reliable for 3 years, fuel economy was pretty good, service was excellent. Electronic functions remained very reliable for the 3 years/42,000 miles. The Tucson also seems very reliable with excellent electronics and iPhone interface. I only hav about 3,000 miles on the vehicles so time will tell but all indications are this is a very good value for an excellent vehicle.

Car is good but service department experience was poor.

The car performs well but the engine kill feature that is supossed to sabmve on gas really doesn't seem to do this. Theservice writer for my oil change did not let me know about not being able to keep my appointment time. The machanic left hand prints on interior of my car.
