Love my 2023 Tuscon Hyuandai

So glad when I leased the 2023 Tuscon in fall of 2022. It has been one of the best cars I've driven.

Vehicle Below Average

Below Average – The vehicle experienced several persistent issues that made ownership frustrating. For instance, the door handle’s unlock feature only worked about half the time. There was also a strong, unpleasant odor coming from the vents into the cabin. Despite multiple service visits—three or four in total—the dealership failed to identify the issue, even though I suggested a likely cause during the first visit. My concerns were repeatedly dismissed by the technicians until I finally insisted they keep the vehicle until it was properly fixed, making it clear I would withhold payments otherwise. Additionally, there was a constant draft or wind noise coming from the liftgate area.

The Tucson is a beautiful vehicle, it is spacious, runs smoothly, and is not hard to adjust to if coming from driving a sedan. I never had any issues with my Tucson

A few things I am disappointed in. The rear speakers have very little volume. I had it serviced and had them look into it. They came back to me, well that is how it is. They compared my Tucson to others they had on the lot and they all did the same thing. :( If I have my volume set and go to 100% front speakers I hear everything perfect but when I switch to 100% rear speakers to volume drops drastically to the point you can barely hear it. Also disappointed that on a hybrid model you lose some of the wireless connectivity with you cell phone. It works on the gas models but not the hybrid models. :(

We like our Tucson

We enjoy our vehicle and consider it a dream to drive with the level of features that we have - limited. The only complaint that we have is the audio. The radio out put has quit on ours a couple of times. The dealership has been responsive and fixed the problem each time.

Great car for a great price!

I purchased my 2023 Tucson knowing that I would have long daily commutes so it needed to be comfortable. It doesn't hurt that it is a cute car too. I have had no service issues in the 2 years and almost 80K miles. It handles great and there is plenty room for all passengers.

Great SUV

Great SUV, smooth ride and nice options for the SEL package. Very comfortable and nice height. Wish I would have gone for the limited…. And do not like the quality of the leatherette seats.
