Hyundai Tucson

I bought it new from the dealership. Derrick was super nice and informative about the vehicle. I love the color. I just wish that there was some sort of directional compass to tell me which way I'm going. I've not had any issues other than the driver's score not working in the app.

Great little SUV

This is my second Tucson and both have been top of the line. Both vehicles have been outstanding with no problems at all. The Safety features Hyundai puts in are crazy good. Styling, features, quality and warranty are the best and the price overall is great. I own other Hyundai's of different models and all have been outstanding!

I love Hyundai vehicles and I have owned 9 of them in the last 16 years. All of them have been great except this last Tucson. It would be a great vehilce if it didn't have so many small issues and a dashboard cover problem and a serious engine/transmission shifting and reving problem.

This car's appearance is great, but the day to day performance is very lacking. The car does not perform as you would expect and there are so many small issues that the car is not pleasant or fun to drive. I am constantly on guard regarding whether it will shift properly or get across the street without getting hit by another car. There never seems to be a comfort "place" to drive the car. Service with Jim Click has really been questionable because it was taking 2 months up to get an appointment, so I just learned to live with the issues. I had to take my car to Phoenix to get the warp rotors replaced. I believe there is a serious issue with the rotors for them to warp so quickly. Am I going to have to replace the rotors every 7-8000 miles? However, I must applaud the response of Mr. Prince the service manager. He does a very good job under the circumstances he has to work with. Hyundai didn't want to replace my peeling/flaking dash board.The dealership does not seem to be a "happy place to work." Thus, there is no happy feeling about your new car. I have definitely feel this Tucson is a Lemon.

23 Hyundai Tucson Limited

Great vehicle. This is my 4 Hyundai. Would recommend to friends and family. Fun to drive. Wish it got a bit better gas mileage and had a turbo engine for quicker response on take offs, etc. Plan on keeping this car for years to come.

Love my car!

This is my fourth Hyundai and my third Tucson. My first was a Sonata and I truly loved it but being a senior it was more difficult to get in and out of. The Tucson is absolutely perfect for me and I love everything about it

Nice interior with leather seats. Comfortable ride. Modern style exterior. Great safety features. The information system is easy to navigate. The vehicle has large nineteen inch tires for a more comfortable ride.

Tucson are great

I love my Tucson, wouldn't own any other SUV, it's roomy, easy to handle, not overly bulky. This vehicle drives and handles well in all types of weather and terrain. I love the sleekness and classic black with multicolor flecks glittering in the paint color. Buy one now!

Good vehicle, good gas mileage, stylish in and out. The navigation system efficient and easy to program. The pairing of a phone or other device is not difficult. The backup camera screen is so helpful and lines of positioning are well identified. The seat operation is easy to operate for the driver…the passenger’s seat should also be automatic and the seats could be more supportive and more comfortable.

Surprisingly Best

I was really surprised at how much I like this vehicle. It has met and gone beyond my expectations. Drive is especially smooth, quiet, manageable and the comfort excellent. Sound system is great as well and comfort. Road trips are so much nicer and safety features are amazing and intuitive. My fave yet.

Love my Hyundai!

This vehicle is wonderful and fun to drive. Love the features, look, and handling. Navigation system is easy to use and accurate. Fuel economy is good. Engine is peppy and responsive. Like cruise control.

Would never buy again

Dealership lied, deceived, misrepresented the purchase. Apple car play does not always work right. Still don’t understand some functions of car. Dealership will not help. Turn signals brighter than headlights.

Not as good as they used to be

This is the third Hyundai I have owned. The other two were Sonata's. I find that my new one has way to many electronic components, i.e. computers. They have already failed twice. I do not expect the long term durability of my new Tucson to be as good as the previous Hyundai's I have owned.

Annoying

Other than the back-up system which cost me a fortune in increased Insurance payments The car is OK. I got so upset about the failure of the backup system it took away any enjoyment I had from enjoying my new car.

Bad

It was fun driving the vehicle at first but after 2 months the vehicle performance was very bad. i couldn't drive the vehicle for long time and the performance is not worth. All the accessories are of cheap quality and can get the issues very fast

I really enjoy my 2023 Hyundai Tucson. It is beautiful and just the right size for me. I love the interior and exterior style. It has all the features I wanted and Deacon Jones Hyundai of Goldsboro always gets me a deal I am happy with!

Overall a nice ride. Exterior looks very sporty and interior has a lot of features for customization which is great. Gear shifting could use some work, as going from 1st to 2nd can feel like the gears slip.
