Great vehicle

Value drops really fast. Leather messes up kinda quick easy to break buttons, small gas tank. Everything else is great. Couldn’t be happier.

A vehicle that has everything

Excellent leg room front and back. Comfortable seating. Safety features are first rate. Display functions are easy to use. Apple/Android connections are smooth. Bose stero system is great. Great gas mileage and just fun to drive.

I love the car in spite of some issues that I have experienced.

After only having the car 2 months the Display screen went blank during a nighttime trip, and it was later repaired by the dealership. I love the car but i am now having problems with the Bluetooth features. Werner Hyundai in Tallahassee has ordered parts for replacement. I will be tacking car to the dealer on 08/06/2025 to hopefully solve my only issues with the car. Crystal Hamlin, who is a service advisor, did a remarkable job of ordering the needed parts and setting an appointment date for installation. She is a great representative of Hyundai, and I feel fortunate to have her as my advisor.

Sluggish acceleration from the 2.5L engine • Exterior body panels and plastic trim feel fragile • Seat upholstery durability is questionable • Dealership support and responsiveness lacking

2023 Hyundai Tuscon

Purchased new, downsizing from a Town & Country minivan. Very pleased with all the safety features included with the vehicle. Our favorite feature is the smart cruise control. Automatically adjusts speed to the traffic in front of you so you do not have to keep resetting the cruise control. Fuel economy is much better than expected. We average 37 mpg at interstate speed and well over 40 mpg at 55 mph. Very satisfied with this.

rock solid build and comfort

Love our Tucson, having had 2 Santa Fe's previously this didn't feel like a step down at all. Super quality inside and out and supremely comfortable as a daily driver or when we take extended road trips with the family.

Not really pleased.

The car shakes constantly. I hate this. I have to drive slow. Your service department tries to upcharge me every time I come in for scheduled maintenance. I have owned 22 vehicles in my life and this one with about 25K miles is the worst. The sound system is really pretty bad too. It asks me to load Apple Car Play EVERY time I get in the vehicle. And the speakers are sub par.

2023 Tuson Satisfaction

Love the vehicle. Only one suggestion: the driver sun visor can not be moved laterally to block sun in the left corner of the windshield. I have to block the sun by slightly lowering the visor so it is pointing at my face. Should be an easy fix.

Great midsize suv

I’ve enjoyed Tucson but really wish I had the rubber mats and the panoramic sunroof. The drivers side seat also does not sit fully comfortable as I would like either. Other than that I’ve been pleased with the car.
