This is my 4th Hyundai - 2nd Tucson and I love it.

My Tucson is a perfect size car for me and it looks great and drives even better! The camera system is amazing. I bought this car because my step dad wanted my 2017 Tucson. He passed his 2012 Tucson to my son and it is still going strong. I have multiple family members who all drive Hyundai. Best cars on the road!!

Not as good as our 2021 Tucson

We had absolutely no issues with her 2021 Tucson. The locking system on our 2023 is very temperamental and frustrating. We should be able to just hold the button a couple of seconds and then let go and it finishes opening or closing. However sometimes when we take our finger off the button it stops at whatever position it’s in then when we hit the button again, it reverses and we have to start all over again.

I was initially attracted to the Tuscon's excellent styling, but bought it due to the excellent quality and huge feature list for the money. It's an excellent size--as surprisingly roomy and capacious compact.

Good car all around, sets higher which I like. The steering wheel covering, etc started deteriorating after just 1 1/2 yers. The fabric on the drivers seat up at the top seam as been coming apart for the last several months. I’m not even in the car that much or for long periods of time. When you hit a bump sometimes the radio switches to a different speaker. Minor things to some, but I don’t think the upholstery should be coming apart. This is my 4th or 5th Hyundai and I’ve never had this problem before…and this vehicle cost more!

The 2020 was a better model

The trim amenities went down since the last model I had. The thermostat control was much nicer with the numbers to handle the temperate compared to the blue to red dial. The seats are not as comfortable. The screen for CarPlay always freezes on a blank screen or doesn’t connect to our phones. I also preferred the option for a beige interior which they got rid of. The black gets too hot.

Very nice vehicle

In the past, I had a Hyundai Santa Fe, which I love the most unfortunately I could no longer afford it so I had to choose a Tucson. The car is very much alike besides the size. Both cars are amazing.
