My experience at hyndai was great, excellent staff especially Chris Hawkcs????????

The vehicle was extremely well, what you can work on next time is the floor mat, it doesn’t look nice to have a new car without floor mat, please next time take that into consideration for to keep 5 stars

Car is Good & Durable. Right now it is fulling my needs & I am enjoying driving. I am new to USA and didn't got the required financing option so it was tough to arrange the finance. Dealer was not able to help.

Sonata SEL

We purchased the SEL with convenience package. We love the panorama roof, leather steering wheel, wireless phone charger, Michelin all-season tires, and 8 speed transmission. We chose this model over the Honda Accord and Toyota Camry because it offered more value than the other two models.

Vehicle is very nice and upscale. Going over bumps are harsh though and Info screen is a little confusing. Parking brake engages on its own. Auto Hold is not consistent. When sunroof is open it sets off an alarm after turning the engine off. Have to lock from outside handle not inside.

great for my first new car

i bought the sonata 2023 and love the way it looks. its handles very well on the highway and side streets. i got white exterior, the color i wanted. acceleration is slow but expected. good gas mileage. fun to drive! easy to buy at phil long Hyundai dealer in COLORADO Springs.

Features on the Car failed.

The entertainment system failed after less than a month, and dealer service is poor to repair and replace. A new car was purchased, and in less than a month there is an issue, and the service dept. cannot tell you what the problem is and a month later a new radio has not come in.

Electronics are very quirky

Missing some common sense items as a open button in the trunk, no spare tire, electronics are very quirky and don’t work, bought this vehicle for all the bells and whistles but frustrating that they don’t work on a brand new car

Best car I have ever owned

I like the climate control system in the Elantra better. There needs to be a way to lock the car if case you lose the keyfob or it becomes inoperable. The Elantra had the ability to tune the temperature to a set number for both the passenger and driver separately.

Love this car, third car we have owned/leased. Never disappointed in all aspects, sometimes difficulty with charging station. I have to keep moving my phone around in order for it to work it is a annoying.

Love the car.....but

I was very happy when I got the car. It performs well and has lots of features. It's a blast to drive. The difference between this car and my last one. A 2017 Altima makes the Sonata a super star. But, 3151 I stop at a light and when the turned green, I hit the gas but no power. Check engine light comes on and I was not sure I would make the 1.4 miles to home. Get it in the garage and the catalytic converter is glowing red. It gets towed to the dealer and I was informed it had a bad injector. It will be at least 15 days before they get the parts. Hopefully this will be it's only issue for a very long time.

A pleasant experience and was surprised that my rental was returned by the sales staff, my license plates and registration was taken care of on site and drove the car home that same afternoon I visited the dealership...

I did my research looking at a new Hyundai and thought I would take a look at the Sonata. I was impressed with the styling, over all appearance, 0 apr financing and complimentary maintenance package that was offered. The staff at the dealership was friendly and not pushy and very informative, a pleasurable experience!!...
