A wonderful, economic car to drive!

We have had a wonderful experience with our Sonata! It is a very comfortable, economical car to drive! We are approaching 200,000 miles and the car has been very dependable! The next car we purchase will, most likely be a Hyundai of some type! Our daughter also drives an Elantra!

Very dependable

Very dependable. Always runs well. Glad I bought a Hyundai in 2009. Would recommend the Hyundai Sonata to everyone. Great service department. Always friendly and works me in to their schedule when emergency. Purchased an extended warranty for my car. It was a great investment.

The car, for the most part, is very reliable. Very efficient gas-wize

The vehicle runs very well and so far has been reliable. The only irritating problem I have had has been with window switches. The rear left passenger one broke and the right one too. And hardly anyone sits back there to break it. They don''t seem to be made too sturdy.

Sturdy And Reliable Car

A little under powered l, definitely not for someone on the bigger side good car for a first time driver. Great Gas mileage, a lil peppy if your not on the heavier side, very sturdy acceleration is smooth.

2009 Hyundai Sonata

I have very pleased with this purchase. The gas mileage is excellent and the car has been super reliable. It is by far the roomiest for the money and the quality is second to none. The fit and finish is superb.

I would definitely recommend this car. I have 156,000 miles on it. It has held up like a champ. I have taken it on many long trips. Gas mileage is good. Comfort is good. The car responds to quick turns. Able to make u turns in small area.

Hyundai Sonata

My Sonata is almost 10 years old (2009 model). Never have had a problem with it since I bought it new. I hope it stays that way for a little longer. It's an easy car to drive, and has a lot of features. It still looks great despite its age, and it even with the V6 engine it gets good gas mileage. It's not a sports car but is styled kind of sporty, and I still like it. This is the second Hyundai I have purchased new and both turned out to be trouble free cars.

Our 2009 Sonata has over 170,000 miles. We have had all of the maintenance done at Earnhardt Hyundai, and it runs perfectly! We love it. Earnhardt Hyundai does an excellent job at keeping our car serviced correctly.

Best car I've ever owned

I purchased this car from the dealer when it was a year old. I felt that I got a good deal, and continue to feel that this car has met all my needs. It is comfortable, low maintenance, room for my stuff, and looks good, too. I would purchase another Hyundai if I need another car.

I have been disappointed in the mechanical aspects of this automobile, brakes, starter, etc.

I bought the car on the recommendation of Consumers Report. I even bought extended coverage and have found out that that coverage only applies to mainentance repairs. You would think that a car that has less than 50.000 miles would be more reliable .

We purchased the 2009 Sonata new in October 2009. Currently have 271,000+ miles on it. Have only done normal maintenance on it. No problems. Love the car, rides great, gas mileage good and very reliable.

Great little car. Great design. Great little, powerful, economical, engine that performs much better than I expected.

We drove this little car across the entire United States and Canada and could not be happier about its comfort and performance. Its performance really surprised us. After driving only 8 cylinder cars for many years, the 4 cylinders of the Sonata, which, like a powerful, galloping horse, always wanted to run, came as a real, happy surprise. The only cloud that I can think of are the two design flows that I hope Hyundai is able to correct: The cheap plastic door handle that broke in my hand while simply OPENING the door, and the place to rest my hands while driving that completely takes off my skin when resting on those surfaces. I hope that Hyundai can do better for the drivers of the future.

Efficient, well-made, reliable

This is my second purchase of a Hyundai Sonata. As with my first one, my 2009 is still performing just as efficiently and reliably as the day I purchased it. There have been no major repairs required and I, faithfully, follow the maintenance schedule suggested for optimum performance and road worthiness and only allow my Hyundai Service team service my vehicle; they do an awesome job @ KEFFER HYUNDAI on Independence Blvd. in Charlotte, NC!

2009 Hyundai Sonata--still running fabulously after all these years!

I love my Hyundai Sonata! All other cars pale in comparison. Drive one and you will know what I am talking about!!! Even after all these years I would not trade my Sonata for any other car on or off the highway. Safe and dependable and quiet.

I really love my 2009 Hyundai Sonata. Its got almost 80,000 miles on it and its still running great. I am very pleased with this car and plan to keep it as long as possible I like the way the car drives, its very comfortable.

This car has been amazing

We bought this car new in 2009 and it has given us almost zero problems. We just had to replace a starter, but that was to be expected because I start my car a lot. It has over 210,000 miles and seems to be going strong. I got regular oil changes and that’s about all besides normal wear like tires and brakes. It has been a great car!
