My favorite SUV ever

XRT trim is perfect for a combination city-hauler and offroader. Wish the 2025 model had the Terrain Mode the next model year is getting, but I love it nonetheless!

Wonderful but cautious of warranty

I love the car but have experienced a couple of issues with my warranty. I had a very obvious paint warranty issue within the first month. I brought it to the service department, Jason Pilger, where I purchased. 4 weeks later I was still waiting for action. Brought to a different dealer, Matt Bowers, and within 75 minutes I had plan to repair my paint job. Second issue is headlights. Both headlights have condensation and brought for warranty repairs (car has 4,000 miles). Service tech advised to replace 1 and order condensation pack for other. Not the work repairs I expect on $52,000 car!

2025 Santa Fe NC

The vehicle is a very nice ride and a lot of interior functions such as heated and cooled seats, heated steering, bucket seats are all really nice. The safety features are totally annoying! And the adaptive cruise control is a nightmare. What good is a cruise system that I have to keep my foot on the gas pedal at all times? I also do not like the setup of the digital displays. A lot of wasted space and does not show me the things I would like to see. Very difficult to maneuver through the options...almost too many to be honest. Because of the safety features and the display features, I wish I had not purchased this vehicle. Also, windshield wipes did not work from the moment I got the vehicle. They smear the water and not clean the windshield when in use.

I love my new 2025 Santa Fe. Great car to drive makes me feel rich. Balling on a budget. Got a great deal on my car. I wanted the palisade but I think I got a good deal with the Santa Fe.

I like my Santa Fe for the most part

It is not a Palisade but it will do. Did not have some of the features that I was told it would have, like WiFi, found out after receiving the vehicle. I was told that I could possibly qualify for the Hyundai Owner Loyalty Financing Program during the financing portion of my purchase. Since it was on a weekend, I was told to check back on Monday to see if I did qualify. After many attempts to find out, I was finally told that I did, but nothing ever changed with my financing. This is the 11th Hyundai vehicle that I purchased, and I have to say it was the most disappointing experience out of the 11.

While I still don't like the 'boxy' look, I love my new Santa Fe.

After getting use to the look, and purchasing my Santa Fe, I've very please with it. I have the Calligraphy with all the 'bells and whistles'. There is so much to learn about all of the digital settings, but I'm getting there!
