Love the vehicle, very disappointed in the Company.

I really enjoy my new Hyundai Santa Fe 2024 Limited vehicle. It is comfortable and my second one has been reliable. My first one had a transmission failure in the first month at 1200 miles. It was before the national recall was sent to owners. It was completely disabled and I had to get a new lease, but at $194/mo. more cost. No help from Hyundai Corporate or Hyundai Leasing at all and the new dealer took advantage of my situation to rip me off on the replacement.

Great, but a couple nits

Car is nice, comfortable, and my model has lots of bells and whistles, which I like. I do have a couple nit-picks tho.... Since the display is so large, there is very little room for AC/Heat vents. they are small and not much output. I live in FL and AC is definitely needed most days of the year. Also, no second row ventilation controls, just two small vents which are controlled from the front dash. The third row has controls, but no one in my world will ever sit back there. A minor nit, is no place to store sunglasses in the overhead. I do like that the center console is two-tiered since the transmission shifter if on the steering column. (that took some getting used to) Overall, I like the vehicle, but a couple things could be better, as mentioned.

Good vehicle could use some help with design but it looks like the newer model has an even better design. Worried about reliability and longevity with other vehicles issues but haven’t experienced any issues yet with my own.
