Sad to have been disappointed

I love the car however it has spent way too much time in a shop, basically having a whole overhaul, for a car less than 2 years old.

It is a very comfortable ride and is always reliable

I’ve owned 4 Hyundai vehicles now and I know that I can always depend/rely on them! This is my first SUV but I was expecting worse in terms of gas mileage/cost and my payment! Both are less then I was expecting

Great overall but lacks power

We had a 2014 SF and the 2023 is great overall. However the 4 cyl EFI engine lacks power, more than I expected, and the idle is not smooth. Bring back the V6 from 2014.

The vehicle is adequate nothing to find exceptional.

The driver seat is very uncomfortable for short legged people. So far the car is functioning as expected. No major issues yet. I don’t expect it to last very long. Mine is not garage kept and therefore debris and dirt accumulate around the doors and back hatch resulting in a damp moist environment which leads to rusting. The plastic door guards on front and back doors capture water from the road which also sits on the metal part of the doors.

The looks and features very good. Map not as good as cell phones.

Like the old style Santa Fe, which is sleeker than the box look of the new Santa Fe's. Glad we got it before the change. Love our exterior and interior looks. The screens and the options are very good.
