Nice but some issues

As stated above , horn did not work but was repaired under warranty...probable problem with 4 wd system when turning... issue was brought to dealership attention and analyzed but found no issues ... vehicle to be brought back at another date since condition still remains :(

Comfortable and problem free

Only complaint, in operating vehicle for over 15 months, is about 10% lower gas mileage than EPA (sticker). My previous vehicles have either been close or exceeded the sticker.

My experience with the 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe has not been positive and I bought it new. After a few months, a sensor started to turn on saying that I was not wearing my seatbelt even though I had it on. I took it more than 3 times and they were never able to fix it.

Overall, the vehicle is good

I like the overall quality of the vehicle. I have a couple of concerns, one with the steering and ride quality, which doesn't feel as sturdy as other cars in this segment. The infotainment system is slow. I think you could fix this issue with a software update. Another big concern is the BlueLink subscription, which is only free for three years until the 2023 model. It is lifetime free from 2024 models. I would appreciate it if you can give me the BlueLink subscription for free lifetime. A complimentary wheel alignment could fix the steering issue.

Best feature rides very smooth. Wish I still had my 2009 SanteFe Se.

Vehicle called for service long before it was due. Blind spot detection will not stay on. Lane assist reads anything shiny on the road. Turn it off it just automatically comes back on. Only came with one key. Dangerous because the pop out key button is very sensitive if in pocket or purse. Very expensive to replace. Was fooled by dealer said it had remote start. I had a SanteFe Se 2009 for fourteen years and miss my CD player and cigarette lighter. This car does ride extremely smooth. Not a fan of the extreme loose steering or correction steering from lane assist when I’m where I am suppose to be not crossing any lines. Just wanted remote start and side mirror defrost. The cabin of the car is very warm to a point even at 50 degrees you either have to roll the window down or turn the air on. I am usually cold. I find this very disturbing.
